An Angel Dreamt Her Life

An Angel Dreamt Her Life

8-22-05

Sexy shadows, blue alien you,
(you) are here, at the edge of a lunatic,
thrusting into the dark your grandeur bombs.
Sexy shadows, red devil you,
standing at the gates of
deep valleys, deep mountains, crystal
colours all. The friendship reverbs
of life met on your
monastic retreats,
peel universal flesh away,
layer by layer...

and beneath, you quake
a child lost to
happy motormouth boys, to motherhood,
dangling in the lace of sexy shadows...

next lifetime, you’re a Saint,
and life deals defeat to all around you,
but you, and in the cosmic shame
of red devil you, you seek onwards,
tearing through the nebulae, through
the Universe, through
poetry of sentimental awkwardness,
you search
for the loveliest (sexiest, you demon)
multiverse-quaking starburst bass-line and
musical delights.

Someday, you’ll find them.

Ack, I don't get it but I like it! It's sexy and very descriptive, very colourful-blue alien, red devil, thrusting into the dark. Seems quite playful at times-"sexiest, you demon". Good use of repetition. I don't think this needs to be understood to be enjoyed. Good job.

Wow... amazing phrases... I can't really see past it, but I like it.
