Hey there Navy. It is just I lizzy stopping by. I don't really review that many poems, and I have never reviewed a haiku. Mostly because I try and stay away from short poems. So without further ado, let the reviewing begin.

Grammar and Spelling
- "The Shepard"
I don't think the "S" needs to be capitalized. You just need to shift it down to lower case.
- Some of the capitilization seems to be a bit excessive. Was it for emphasis on those words or just your style?
-Besides that I do not have any concerns so onto the content of the poem.

Content
I usually write something about length, but it doesn't seem to apply in this case.
-First, I did like your poem and the description that you were able to fit into three lines.
-Second, if you wanted to extend, because you have a pretty good idea, do you have enough material to write a second haiku?
-Third, dog twice is a little repetitive but I can't think of any words to replace that would fit the pattern

I think that is about all I have for you today. Your poem was short and sweet. Sorry if there are any errors in the review I was typing this on a phone.

Very nice! This is almost a bio-poem. You could have some fun with it and make it into a bio-poem then you could put a name in it too. If you were going to submit this to a contest I would work on your capitalization. I don't think Shepard should be capitalized (I could be wrong tough). I really like your rhyming scheme, even though I feel it was not intended. It makes the poem flow very well and much it fun to say in my head. Keep it up!
