Sweet scent of your perfume in the air
I'm trying so hard to forget that I care
Since the day you walked out the door
I've been lying here, alone in the cold
I surrender my soul to you
You've already taken my heart
what more do you want from me
I've already been torn apart
I close my eyes and let the tears fall
they roll down my face as I suddenly recall
all the memories we made together
Just you and I
when you said that you loved me
was it just a big lie?
There are stains on the floor
where I bled the night before
I slit my wrists once or twice
but hey like you said
everything will be alright
Then again you didn't have a clue
that I would end up like this
you never really knew
that I wasn't lying when I said
that I needed you
So now you've gone away
and I'm starting to fade away
but before I end my life
and I take my last gasping breathe
I'm gonna tell you one more time
I swear I really do need you
