Things come and go,
Only those which are meant to be,
Will forever stay with me.
I have been through havoc,
I have seen terror,
I have cried the tears,
I have went through raging anger
And I have survived sharp pain.
I am at peace now,
Don’t have a care in the world of sadness.
I feel as light as a feather
And as weak as the wind.
But it all feels great,
It is better than living back then.
Better than the rage,
Better than the hatred,
Better than the heartache,
And better than the tears.
I am at peace now,
No more tears left to cry
I am at peace now,
And all that was once were
Doesn’t matter anymore.
I AM AT PEACE NOW AND I HAVE WIPED MY TEARS OUT TO DRY.

This was deep, and I am so glad you are able to say that you have found peace.

I am really curious, how did you find peace? When? Why? What were your battles that caused you to seek said peace?
I am also curious about why you can't say these words now? Is something holding you back?
I would love to see some more of your work, particularly, more detail to this one.

Hello, Letjoba! Welcome to YWS by the way! Unknown391625 here with another review!
If this is your first work, it's great! There is two problems that I realized though. A couple of times, you started a sentence and then you put a comma to end that line, and then the next line you capitalized the first letter on the first word. It's a common mistake in making poems. Then the other one is that you capitalized the last line in the poem, and it was very unnecessary. Otherwise, it's great! It's correct in grammar, punctuation is good, and the emotion is really strong in this! Great job! I want to see more poems by you! Don't gve up and always write, Letjoba!
