The best piece of literary work ever! And I'm not even exaggerating.
Neil Gaiman has made this graphic novel so realistic that sometimes I find the Sandman easier to believe thant life itself.
A mysterious character, a tragic end. What more could you want?

I loooove Neil Gaiman but I've never read Sandman because I've never really liked graphic novels. So many people talk about how good it is, though, so maybe I'll have to check it out sometime.
All of Gaiman's novels are fantastic, but Neverwhere is the best, I think.

And yeah, it's fantastic. The first volume was mindblowing, though I thought the second one, Doll's House, had some pacing issues. Haven't read the rest.
I like Alan Moore's and Garth Ennis' stuff much more, though.
Gah! I absolutely adore Neil Gaiman, and I have not read these yet! It's just so heartbreaking, I need to get on it. I want to read these so badly, they look phenomenal.
Nope, didn't read any books by Gaiman yet, but have finished the whole Sandman series.
Sandman is indeed, quite brilliant.
Gaiman is definetly one of my all time favourite authors.
I love Neil Gaiman =D I'd love to read Sandman because I like graphic novels as well, I just haven't got around to it yet.
