Nice, to the point but a few spelling errors which were pointed out by the person before me so no need to get into any gritty details.
I liked it. Keep working on it, change those few mistakes and you're all set.
You have two choices here:
1. Change its to it's (BTW, if you wanted to say that the path-IT is, then it's spelled IT'S)
2. Put the punctuation in the first verse (and in every other verse in the poem:evil: )
The third verse needs "but" in the start.
Those inverted commas should be just one apostrophe.
Die-I know what you're trying to say, but it's okay to let DIE as die.
