I wrote this for our amazing Isha on her birthday. I'm not the greatest poet but I hope you like it. I told you, Isha, I'd do something for your birthday.
*
Once there was Isha, a girl whose life was lacklustre.
For years she searched for the greatest boredom buster,
And at last she fell upon the greatest of all:
A place of monkeys, Buchanan and Paul.
And there she encountered some of the best of friends,
Those who shared in the woes of unwritten fairytale ends.
And so they all wrote and warred with words,
And Isha invented a land, nothing pertaining to birds.
She felt so blessed with the friendship of many,
And the warm feelings were mutual and plenty.
No, they would say, we are the ones blessed.
In so many ways was this feeling expressed.
In a flash, it had suddenly been a year,
And Isha knew that she would never disappear.
Things came and went but not she, not ever,
For she knew and vowed that'd she love this forever.
And just recently, our dear has been found moldy,
In honour of her hardwork and heart of goldie.
And we wish her the best of luck as she stays,
With us and our familiar writing craze.
So, Isha, I wish you the happiest birthday,
I'd make you some warm winter socks if I could only crochet,
So instead I wrote a poem for you to show you're fantastic.
Happy Birthday and keep that personality bombastic!
Much love,
Lavvie <3

Okay, so I like, haven't had time to sit down and read this properly all day, and now I have and I have to write a little something about it because omg it made me smile so big. <3
Maybe it's just because this is for me and it's like, so amazing because people don't usually write me poems, even for my birthday, but I seriously adored and spilled adoration all over it. ALL OVER IT. And also- this isn't a review, really, at all, but I have to explode my thanks and amazement all over.
Because people deserve to know how fantastic you are. :3
THANK YOU LAVVERS; I LOVE YOU AND YOU ARE, AS I JUST MENTIONED, FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC.
I love you. <3

This kind of work can never be reviewed. I've always made a rule never to review something that has sentimental value to someone else. I'm new and have not met Isha yet, but she sounds very fun-loving and imaginative! Which are the perfect, or even needed qualities of a writer. I'm going to read some of her works because I hope to see the effort and imagination that she indulges into her work that make her such a valued member of The Young Writers Society.
Lavtwin! so sweet!
