Anybody, but Me

Have you ever felt like you were a burden

As If the whole world was plotting against you

Like you were the master of disaster

And all the miss happenings were your fault

Have you ever wanted to be someone else

Maybe walk in their shoes for a day or so

To see what its like to be somebody else

And to start off with somebody new

Have you ever thought about running away

As if to escape all the pain that fills your heart

Leaving your destructive past behind

And making life better for yourself

Have you ever pictured the world if you were dead

And thought about making everything better

Lifting their heavy burden that you placed upon them

And making life a whole lot simpler
