We all know that the population is low and that no one is helping the great pandas that are almost extinct cause people are building things in their homes. Well your wrong by a faaaar shot. People are volunteering for the WWF and are on the look out for pandas which is hard since they are always running from us all the time. The people with the WWF are trying to find them and tell them apart but it's kind of hard so what they do is look at their poop and tell them apart by the way the eat and digest their food. If you really care about the pandas protection then donate money to WWF by going to http://wwf.panda.org and you might save a pandas life.

the article about the Pandas is not a joke. The article is true from websites that have provided facts and statements on them. I do hope you treat this with respect and care because when they are gone we can't do anything for them anymore. Please help national places keep these pandas safe. thank you if you are helping them.

I love this cause! I am really glad I read this, because it was a real shake up from all the chapters and poems I have been reading. Continue to support the great cause, and I am going to look into it more myself. I can't tell if this is just a message or if you are actually trying to write an essay. If the essay if the case avoid things like "faaaaar" and rather italicizes the word 'far'. If you expand on this essay and go more into depth about pandas I would really love to read more of it someday!

I'd like to say 2 things to you.
1. Continue this great cause.
This is indeed a great cause to fight for. Yes, Pandas need our protection. We, as a human specie have extincted host of animals. We should really donate for a great cause like this, not just for Pandas but for every animal on verse of extinction.
I completely agree with The SparringPanther. Maintaining Pandas is god damn expensive. Which also means that raising money for their protection is the need of the hour.
2. Spread the word
I'd like to see a full fledged work on this subject. A big essay, or an article, may be a poem or even a story. At the moment, this isn't quite developed. Since this is young writers society, we read works here.
Having said that, I like the fact that you published this as a work instead of going for Lounge.
The reason is, serious topics like these get ignored completely (most of the time, if not always) but everyone reads published essays/articles. So you managed to grab eyeballs for a cause which deserves attention. So a great job for that!

Haha, as a panda lover myself I'm inclined to give somewhat of an answer to this
In general, panda's are the most expensive animals in a zoo to be taken care of. Giant Panda usually translates to Giant pain in the ass, since they require a very specific diet to be as healthy as possible - after all a healthy adult panda means healthy baby panda's. In China, were the Panda is in its natural habitat, it's even punishable by death to harm a Panda in any way or form, so I don't think they're going extinct because people are building things on their homes. Not recently, anyway.
The bit about looking at their feces I didn't know, but that's a smart way to approach the problem. On the other hand, it's almost sad that, because there are so little Panda's in the wild left, they can use this method to tell them apart :/
Ah well, I myself have been to China to see these animals, they looked fairly healthy to me haha. If you feel like talking about these bears, let me know
