Doing the right thing
when you know you shouldn't?
Tired, exhausted from work
on the bus
thinking of the day.
I don't have the energy to do anything,anymore
I fell like the ink of a pen
on the verge to finish.
Nothing is in my mind
except for asking myself:
"Did I do the right thing?"
I shouldn't have lied,
after all truth hurts.
Maybe is because I feel so forced
by your questions,
demanding too much from me.
Did you put yourself in my position?
You probably didn't think about it,
my selfishness was understandable
then why do I feel like a traitor.

I agree, you need something more along the story or moral line... But other than that, I kind of liked it. It was like, the drunk on the bus that has seen more things in life than we can tell, but we whisper about him anyway, "Don't you end up like that darling, ever, that's the end of the road there."
I like it, but I think you should make it more vivid...idk, you can tell what you're feeling, but it doesn't seem strong.
