I Want to Heal

I swear one day these lacrimal glands are going to be so congested they will combust and explode into shards of mini shrapnels puncturing your soul in fashion of every single wound you've ever created. Know that these little realities she's created in her head aren't arbitrary because you fueled them into existence.

Expect to be accountable when you leave her picking up the fragments of her sanity that were shattered when you slammed the door shut; when you feigned indifference over the undercurrent of your actions because 'goodbye' was harder to say than 'I love you too'; when she walks a tight rope called 'coping' in attempts of not falling on an hourly basis while you mock her in the luxury of your painlessness. But your hands, your hands will only be as white as the colour of her face when she brings her problems to the edge of a skyline.

So don't you DARE limit her entitlement to feel simply because freedom was convenient for you.

Hahaha well theeeeen! This was interesting. I love reading things like this. The emotions you have that are prevalent and what not. It is pretty short but at the same time the reader can picture your ex and how he was. I liked this work very much! well done.

Awwwww thanks so much, you made my day! :') <3

Oh, wow. I wasn't sure how that was going to end, but it packed quite a punch. (I love the word you used in the description, by the way. Jackassanovas.)

Most of the second verse is one sentence. I have no problems with that in itself, because it reads pretty good and you break it up correctly using semicolons. However, the final sentence in that paragraph, which I felt was the most powerful in the entire poem, doesn't fit with the pattern you were using. It's a separate sentence, but it starts with a conjunction, which makes me feel like it should be part of that big long sentence before it.

But I really felt the emotion in this piece, and I do hope you heal from your breakup and meet a nicer guy.

Oh thanks for pointing it out! Heh heh....it was the longest ride but I'm finally free and over it! :) Thanks for the review <3

Some guys don’t understand the things that they have done when they leave us females. We do intend to create the most vivid imaginable fantasies to stay with the guy and dream that they would come true. However, that is not the case and sometimes that’s never the case when it comes to heart break or thinking that it would be forever. I really do love how you put this. Healing after a long term relationship that the female or even the male was sure that would be forever, is that hardest thing to do. All in all, I love how you put everything and your pain really shows in the wording. Keeping writing!

HAHAHAHAHAHAH i love you. :') Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, it means a lot! <3
