Not a single thing on the earth
Can compare to the evening light,
Showing us, in the dark, our worth,
Which is clouded within the night.
It tells us to rest in our fight,
And relax in the world wide shade.
It tells us there’s an end in sight
To the slash of each silver blade.
It tells us our heads should be layed
And there’ll be peace in the final hour.
It tells us there’s fairness in each trade
And beauty in each flower.
So we go to rest every time
Knowing our life is truly sublime

I love your poem! It really speaks to me and I love how you describe the feeling of the night you love. I like how you put a rymn and a chant to it, I find my self chanting it to my self, keep up the good work! Keep on writing!

WOW! this poem is now like my theme poem! It really speaks to me and describes my night owl personality! Thank you so much for writing it! keep on writing!

Well, I thought this was rather good!
I can't find anything wrong with it, but I would split the lines, especially:
I would split this line in three at each comma so there's more flow going on.
Besides that, I've never heard of the word sublime! Hmm, I should look it up... PM me if you need anything
