Ever changing eyes of sadness that seem to scream: "help me, love me."
Different variations of green to brown and brown to green and little mixtures of everything in between.
And oh, how they captivate me.
They reel you in with every bit of emotion and tug on you, and make you feel so empathetic, like you were there.
But you're so enthralled, to the point where you don't want to escape his gaze.
You could get lost in those sparkling eyes, for what seems like forever.
Because they are shrouded in enigma and a slight dose of fear.
But when I see those eyes I connect it to the face that I love.
When I see those eyes I see all my hopes and dreams and I see my future before me.
Like a crystal clear ball that could bring me to my knees,
For he is everything to me,
And his eyes lead me into a small pathway of his world,
A world of twisting emotions and manipulating words,
And in this world, I feel safe.
Because it is his world and his words and his kindness and his love that shapes me and molds me into something I want to be.
I want to be with him.
To hold him and cherish him until the end of time.
I want to forever call him mine, because I am his, and every single "I am yours," is surrounded in raw emotion and utter truth,
And he,
Yes he,
Is everything I could ever need.

After reading it I'm compelled for going a review................
Hey Firstly I want to say that your poetry title is too good because it say many more things itself and it also forced the viewer to read it. You also give a great description of poem that's why it have more and more reviews. I think this is very wonderfully written and certainly very creative. I want to congratulate you because you successfully catch the actual emotion of those loving body who passed through this situation. I feel like this everyday. This is truly wonderful, though. It is full of heartaches and made me feel something.
Thanks for writing it.
Hey I'm new here and stumbled upon your poem more or less haha. It was really amazing! The first line already captivated me. I love that you say you feel safe in a world of twisting emotions, because usually you wouldn't describe something twisted as an comfortable environment maybe thats just me
Strong vocabulary as well! If I would have read this not knowing how old the person is who wrote this I would have said must be a famous poet! The words, the flow and the rythm really make it a piece of art! The buts and because really emphasise the feelings you experience really romantic! Anyway I have to study for my math Test tomorrow so I'm off! Keep it up! All the best!
Greeting,
Philip (also 17 FYI)haha
Thank you!
And good luck on your math test!!!
What a beautiful poem! I think it is a must read for everyone. I love the way you have expressed yourself. One thing that I really want to mention is that you are absolutely correct in saying that imagination is the only place where we can achieve, we can get everything we want. And the thing is that I also love to be in an imaginary world. Keep it up, and I want to read more from you!
This was so beautiful!!!! I really feel like this was written with true emotion, and almost from experience. In my opinion, it's the best kind. Well done!
Wow. This is one of the most incredible poems I have read. This is so accurate about how I feel in love. The second person view really emphasizes the topic and makes "him" really stand out as the person "you" are truly in love with and how you are his, and he is yours.
I also really like the spacing and line breaks of the poem, because it really makes specific parts of the poem stand out.
I'm looking forward to reading more of what you have read!
