Heaven Isn’t Everything
Even through infinity,
There are impossibilities.
And because we killed eternity,
God brought us to our knees.
But heaven isn’t everything,
It’s the people on earth that care.
I just couldn’t abandon everything,
And adopt an angel’s prayer.
Even through the last of it,
There isn’t any doubt.
And because I hated all of it,
God cut off my way out.
But heaven isn’t everything,
It’s all the sins combined.
I just couldn’t conform to everything,
And drown all the things sublime.

The flow was a little choppy on the first stanza, but other than that, this was good. The rhyme scheme worked well. Good job! :thumb:
