You should care
Weather you fail or succeed,
Don't give a crap anyways.
Other people
Will solve your problems.
Effort
Is not the way to go.
Giving up
Is how you solved your problems.
Trying
Is hard.
Making something of yourself
Is something you never did.
Failing
Is what you always did.
Working through the struggle
Is too hard for you.
Giving up
Is what you did.
Striving for a better world
You failed.
They will never say
You succeeded.

Hey, I'm here to review!
So naturally I would comment on the structure of the poem. Putting it at the center doesn't seem to have any impact. If anything, it makes the reading a bit awkward, because readers aren't accustomed to this kind of formatting. I suggest you to stick with the traditional one.
I would say that the poem is a bit depressing for my taste. At least, that's what I think about it at first. The subject is something that people can relate to, and putting it under a dark light just affects others in a negative way. I have to struggle to keep reading this, because even if there might be truth in it (in the way that I myself sometimes feel unmotivated and self-loathing), it's just too much to take. It definitely won't improve one's mood of the day.
HOWEVER, and this is a big HOWEVER, I very much love the twist at the end. I know what kind of poem this is, but I forgot the name of it. Anyway. I was worried the poem might read awkwardly or the flow is disrupted, but it doesn't come across that way at all. In fact, the flow improves greatly and help the wonderful message to go through in a more wonderful way. I feel my spirit lifted while reading it, and I think that's commendable. Making your reader feeling something is a crucial part of poetry, and you just did that to me.
Despite the lack of imagery and how the poem is very telling, I don't mind it. Really, I think it will help readers who have a bad day to cheer up, and if it works, then it doesn't matter if it lacks imagery. If there is one thing I would critique, it would be this:
Reading backward, it would be 'Failing / is something you never did' and this to me rings a bit ridiculous. Everyone makes mistakes, but those are necessary for us to actually succeed in our attempt. We are humans after all, so we are bound to have flaws. I think perhaps you might want to emphasize the part where failure is crucial as a bridge to success instead of being a hindrance to it.
And that is all! Keep up the good job!
Double meanings...Wow. This was a depressing read at first, but then it became oddly motivational. This poem was unique in that manner.
Let's get the nitpicky things out of the way.
Did you mean "whether" instead of "weather"?
This line doesn't exactly tie in to the lines before it. Is it you that shouldn't care, or the people around you?
The rest of the poem top to bottom was absolute and final, and it was as if the reader's fate was set in stone. I don't think your reversal-order-thing would work as well if the lines were smoother, which I would originally suggest.
And after this, I read the poem from bottom to top. But I found some lines that didn't quite fit what you were going for.
Some people might interpret this differently, but it was confusing for me at first. Is it too hard to give up and easier to press on? Or is it easy in reality, as in the top-bottom version of your poem?
If you were so successful, then wouldn't making something out of yourself be done already? And weren't you already on that track of going beyond "getting there?"
Otherwise, I thought this poem was a well-executed two-in-one-whammy. Share this with your friends if you haven't already - I'm sure they'll appreciate it.

Thank you so much! This poem is pretty much just a test to see how people react to to it! This helped a lot!
