Ok, this is maybe slightly similar to some of my other work, but that's because I mainly write when I'm going through things and writing helps me through it.
Here I am, standing by myself
Again
You’re all standing over there together
Again
What’s the point in having friends?
If you just make me hurt me more
Friends are supposed to help you,
Through the darkest days,
Through the saddest hours.
But instead you leave me,
Here all alone.
The pain builds up
Clawing at me, devouring me,
My only escape is other pain.
The burns on my arms,
The scars on my wrists,
Map out my unforgiving pain.
But you don’t even notice,
You don’t see my struggle,
You can’t see the fault lines,
Running over my skin,
Or the quiver in my smile.
You don’t see the darkness
That surrounds me
Choking me, destroying me
But then I wonder,
Maybe you can see,
And you just don’t care.

Hey thanks for the support, though to be honest it's the fact that I suffer from depression, and they aren't helping is more the point, not that them not being here is making me depressed
This was very good! I liked all the things you described and I can relate to this too. My ex-best friend did this to me two years ago and I thought I was going to die. But don't worry I got through it and found better friends, and I'm sure you will too. Very nice job!
Keep writing
