Ya, it is Anglo-Saxon and is actually on a tomb-stone. The one that you have, Fellow, has the second line in each stanza (except the first and last stanzas) just a little different from the version I've seen. Such a good poem though. Amazingness
This is a really nice poem, and I really enjoyed reading it. I like the organization, or rather the form that his has, how the first and last stanzas say different things but reiterate the same point, and how the stanzas in between are just multiple descriptive examples of the same point. Well done.
