What comes next? Chapter 2.

Now.
(1) Forever & Always.

See this is what I believe; somewhere way above on the seventh cloud sits God, and he writes, about the two people who were always meant to be, he pairs them and makes a note of their names in his big book covered in velvet. Those two are then dropped down into the world by angels and when the those two unite; up in the heavens the angels shed tears of joy. And that way they watch happily ever after’s every day. Now among these millions of people down on earth, how are you going to find the name that’s written next to yours?
He tenderly pushed her hair behind the ear; he held her face between his hands, it felt like holding on to the entire universe in a split second. He mesmerizingly watched the most beautiful face ever portrayed by God, and carefully whispered ‘I love you’ he gasped. She looked down at the ground for a second and then looked into his eyes and said ‘I love you more’. That’s when she fell into his arms; his scent was the best essence ever. They walked together towards the car hand in hand. Bernadette stood near the car and watched Drake and Selena together and smiled, ‘You guys are meant to be forever’ she said. ‘I know’ Drake said as he kissed her gently on the cheek.[1]

Now.
(2)A falling off there has been.
Every new day brings upon a new hope symbolizes a better tomorrow. Looking into the sun makes every pain go away. Even anger manages to evaporate, And so as I look up into the sky every day, I stare at the sun; try a little more harder to become like it. A little stronger, a little better.

The feeling consumes. You sit there, longing to lash out. Fighting to be heard. It builds up second by second. No one hears your silent scream. Your heart is empty. You try to push everyone. Just making it all worse. Your tears no longer fall. And that’s when you realize. Your heart has frozen or maybe it isn't even there anymore, like it’s gone leaving behind nothing but a hole that pumps 5.5 liters of blood into the body every day just to keep you alive. But you aren't actually living; you’re just a lifeless soul.

‘I might just be another 17 year old, you might as well call me stupid, but I surely do know what love is.’ Natalie loved reading books it engaged her in another world, like living someone else’s life; becoming a part of something bigger and better. Forgetting everything behind, and jumping into an entirely different place, it also comforted that she’s not the only one with problems out there.

I wanted a happy ending, an ending in which I would hold his hand and walk across the shores, where nothing else mattered and were the world knew that we were meant to be together forever. But I learnt it the hard way; that some poems just don’t rhyme, some songs don’t always have the perfect rhythm and no matter what you do, some wishes just don’t come true.

Waking up from your dreams it the hardest thing ever, the feeling of being sucked into a world where everything is perfect and then pushed back into reality is disgusting. Where there’s nothing to look up to, if only pulling up the blanket over your face could make all the bad go away, that’s when you wish that you’d rather be blind than look at this world; this world which is yours.
Many a times we become attached to what's familiar to us and sometimes we hold onto things that are safe and predictable, even if they know they are bad for us. But that doesn't matter does it?

She woke up with a scream, as sweat streamed down her back, she felt as if she couldn't breathe. This was the first time in nights were she actually could sleep through for a long time, but then it all got blown away by a petrifying nightmare. Natalie had insomnia, since about a year and a half now. She couldn’t tell her parents, she was too scared to. So slept through the day and stayed awake all night, just like the owl. But insomnia’s completely different it’s like a blade cutting through every part of your body. ‘I hate insomnia not because I can’t sleep but because it makes me reminisce memories that I know I can never bring back, and the fact that I spend sleepless nights bathing my pillow with tears’, she scribbled those last words in her diary, throwing it aside and shutting her eyes back into the world of torment.

This is easily the best part yet. Very few grammar mistakes, and non that weren't typos. I would like to see you break up some of your sentences a bit more, and use some more of what I call, 'transition.'

But other than that there really isn't anything to mention that I haven't already said in a previous review, except maybe this.

You break your chapters in half, and post them separately. I don't think that you need to do this, and that you can post the chapter as a whole. If you don't want to do that however, that's fine. It was just a suggestion.

Happy Writing!

Hey! Runawaylove here to review your work :)

First of all beautiful beginning. It was the best part of your story. The whole story really reached out to me and remarkable choice of words, I should say. But there are some typing and grammatical errors I would like to point out.

"Even anger manages to evaporate, And.."

After a comma the 'a' of the 'and' should be in small letters.

"try a little more harder to become like it"

It should be "Try a little harder to become like it." A MORE is not required.

"where nothing else mattered and were the world knew that we were meant to be together forever"

I think this is a typing mistake. You wrote the second 'where' as 'were'

"Waking up from your dreams it the hardest thing ever"

I think it was supposed to be "Waking up from your dreams 'is' the hardest thing ever"

"She woke up with a scream, as sweat stream down her back, she felt as if she couldn't breathe."

It should have been "She woke up with a scream, as sweat 'streamed' down her back,"

"This was the first time in nights were she actually could sleep through for a long time,"

Again 'were' and 'where'.

Now the parts I liked.

"And so as I look up into the sky every day, I stare at the sun; try a little more harder to become like it. A little stronger, a little better."

Nice description. :)

"The feeling consumes. You sit there, longing to lash out. Fighting to be heard. It builds up second by second. No one hears your silent scream. Your heart is empty. You try to push everyone. Just making it all worse. Your tears no longer fall. And that’s when you realize. Your heart has frozen or maybe it isn’t even there anymore, like it’s gone leaving behind nothing but a hole that pumps 5.5 liters of blood into the body every day just to keep you alive. But you aren’t actually living; you’re just a lifeless soul."

Best paragraph of the whole story.

"But I learnt it the hard way; that some poems just don’t rhyme, some songs don’t always have the perfect rhythm and no matter what you do, some wishes just don’t come true."

Really poetic lines and nicely written.

Other than all this your story was great. The theme was nice and I could really connect to the story. Beautifully written though you need to revise your work and avoid these little mistakes. Keep writing and you can send me a message when you write the next part. :)

Hey,

Thank you so much for reviewing my work, really appreciate it. x
I'll definitely keep in all the suggestions in mind.

This starts off beautifully! I love the idea of God sitting on a cloud, creating people who are "always meant to be". The words you have used weave such a peaceful atmosphere - I found myself smiling at the sheer loveliness of it! I particularly enjoyed this: "it felt like holding on to the entire universe in a split second". If anything, I felt the phrase "best essence ever" could be improved - the word sound a little unprofessional, however this is minor.

All the sentimentality is then cut short in the second part, which contains equally evocative images. I LOVE the line "that some poems just don’t rhyme". You might want to go though this second bit, as some of the sentences are a little convoluted (e.g. Every new day brings upon a new hope symbolizes a better tomorrow.) I am slightly confused about how it all fits together, but I am sure this will become clear as more is added to it.
All in all, I loved this piece, and would be very keen to read more!

Thanks for the feeback! :)

Yes, there is still a lot to be added.
