Your food competition in the hotel, your madness in the exam center, your zeal in the chemistry lab has been fascinating. I have realized that alone is not always lonely.
Your bonding with your teddy, your relationship with your car makes me wonder whether we humans have lost the simplicity of life. I was heart-broken when your car got crushed by the tank. I jumped in joy when your beloved teddy defeated all the pets in that competition. Yes, you have been mean to people. You have troubled a dentist, mocked an accident victim, disposed off your unwanted food in someone’s undergarments. But your rudeness has its own sweet innocence. You started the trend of selfies. The mad innovator in you made you sit on roof of a car while driving the car with a broom. It’s these little moments that have stayed with me for years.

Hey, how's it going
So, this really hit the spot. So many memories coming back to me now, like the time Mr Bean ate some bad clams, or the time he was trying to own the dance floor, but he made really silly moves, and the girl wanted to dance with this other dude, so in the end he turned off the power from the fuse box to ruin it for everyone. And what about when he defiled an expensive painting, and then made an exact replica of it that nobody could even tell was fake?
Really good memories. Anyway, on to reviewing.
"for reasons beyond your physical humour" He really does do a lot of physical humour and hardly ever talks, and I completely agree that his character has a lot of quirks an attributes that make him so much more; that make him Mr Bean.
A lot of people could relate to having a car like that, or some object that they grow attached to, give a lot of sentimental value to, and sometimes even treat it as an animate being. And a lot of people could especially relate to the not having friends (close friends or friends at all). Sometimes it's extremely hard to find someone you have a special connection with, and even harder to stay that way (speaking from experience). And the way that he copes with all of that is absolutely inspiring and motivating. The thought that a person can be happy, even though they're not doing too well in many areas in their life is warm and pleasant. And maybe that thought can get some of us through the day so we can one day achieve our goals and truly be happy with people who love us.
He really is a jerk sometimes, but I think a lot of it is so he can in some way feel like he's impacting the lives of others, like he's not insignificant, and he does it in a way that's fun for him. Some of the things he does aren't necessarily bad, and are just straight-up weird. But I suppose it all varies from situation to situation.
Now, structure-wise, this work is pretty solid, starting off with a smaller paragraph and building up to 2 larger ones. Grammar-wise, "disposed off" should be "disposed of" (in the middle of the third paragraph).
Bottom line, I like this one, and it made me remember a lot of things, though I don't know what it would do for those who aren't familiar with Mr Bean. Anyway, hopefully this review provides an accurate interpretation of what you're trying to convey, and is helpful.

The theme is realsitic. I miss Mr.Bean too! I liked how you have expressed everything. I have watched his shows and I like the animated version too. But this one was more nice.

This is a wonderful letter to a character that has brought me smiles many times. His childlike demeanor and sense of wonder get him into more trouble than he bargains for, but they are such a joy to watch.
It is hard to discuss something like this from a writer's point of view. You express your enjoyment of his foolish antics well, and how he has helped you get through some tough times. Other than that, I can't see what else can be said about this piece.
I really did enjoy this letter as it has a certain sincerity to it and addresses something that we are all missing in the modern life. A sense of adventure and wonder at the world around us. Mr. Bean doesn't see things as impassible barriers, but as mountains that are meant to be climbed and overtaken. This same optimism is lacking in our everyday life when the negativity of the world bears down on us over the years.

Mr. Bean is one of my favorite characters. I really liked when he went to church; his sleeping habit and candy-eating attempt was way too familiar. And his packing methods for going on a trip...I practically did that myself to avoid baggage fees!!! [Chuckling to myself]
I have watched Mr. Bean since I was a child and now, my children love him too! Yes, Mr. Bean is the best. I would love to see him again as well.

I grew up watching mr bean! *goes into short story*
I was in church once with my mum and directly in front of me was MR BEAN (aka MR Atkinson) he was wearing the same coloured suit he had the exact same face and the same spot on his cheek!
I told mum : omg there is mr bean its mr bean!! (whispering)
After the church ended I decided to follow him... he didnt have the same car and I just lost it I told him what the heck did u do to your car?
he said: im not mr bean I just look like him
.... and that was my encounter with his look alike
The nostalgia. ;-;
This makes me want to go revisit the show again!
