I'm not sure if this belongs here, cause I'm not so sure what lyric poetry is... oh well! tell me what your thinking anyway.
For Him Should I Let Go?
To be held, to be loved,
That's all I'm really
wanting.
To hold back, to not cry,
That's all I really
know.
To hear him say
"I Love You."
This is what I'm
asking.
To breath deep, to
hold on, for
him should I
let go?

Cute poem
I enjoyed this, and I think you did a good job with the short length and it's just really a sensory piece. Great emotion and ends on a serious question.
Simply beautiful. I love your poetry. It's so hard to find a piece that's so simple, yet you can truly feel the emotion in your heart when you read this. Please never stop writing. You're extremely good
Like I said, I love how simple this was, as with your other poems I've read. Simple, yet powerful. That's the best kind, and you're a master
Keeeep writing!!

I agree with Passion. If you love him, hold him tight (but not too strong, it can break his bones =)) Love is great, at any age, and you should try enjoy it as long as you can, and live it as long as you can. Great poem.

That is really beautiful, I think you did really good. It's up to you should you let go, but if you love him hold on as tight as possible. Tomorrow is the future, love today and all those in it.
