"Lee"
"What is it?"
"I'm sleepy"
"You can sleep on my back if you want"
"My legs are numb"
"Hang in there a little longer"
My eyes are closed but I can hear the crunching leaves under Lee's feet. The air feels so damp... I wonder where we are.
After some more minutes I can feel Lee's arms move bellow me and I hear the sound of keys.
I open my eyes just to be surprised by a small wooden house. We walk into the dark room and Lee sits me on the bed.
"You can sleep now"
"Where are we?"
"Don't worry about it. I'll explain it in the morning. You need to rest. And since you're already on your pajamas you can go straight to bed!" - he gives me a smile and I feel my eye-lids getting heavy.
--------
I wake up with soft sun rays hitting my face. I look around. The house really is small: a simple room with a big bed on the corner, a table, a tiny kitchen and a bunch of cupboards. There's another door and it probably leads to the bathroom. I can't see Lee anywhere but i don't feel like leaving the warm duvet. It's cloudy and damp out there and judging for the light, it's probably really early in the morning.
"You're awake already?" Lee walks in with a soft smile "It's still six in the morning, you can sleep more"
Even though I have no idea where we are, I close my eyes again. I trust Lee. My godfather is the closest thing I have to a family right now.
------
I wake up again to the smell of food. "Damn, Lee's cooking sucks." I look over and see two plates on the tiny table. Lee is cooking, his long brunette hair tied on a ponytail. He really is trying hard. While humming a some happy song Lee turns around and looks at me.
"I see you're awake. It's about lunch time now." He fills up the plates as I get out of bed, my small bare feet against the cold wood - I never liked socks. I sit down on the chair and start eating. There is something about the food that filled my heart with a warm feeling. It wasn't the taste "God no", but something else.
When I finish eating, another thought crosses my mind.
"You really shouldn't eat that fast, you know…"
"Where are we" I blurt out.
"We're taking a small break" he says with a smile
"We're in the middle of November…"
"You really need to rest right now. Take a break from everything."
"What about your work?"
"Don't worry about it." His slender fingers ruffle my hair.
I feel a really strong need to cry, and I do. I let out all the pain. All the grief. All the doubt. I'll never see my parents again. I won't go back home. I have nothing. Nothing but Lee. I cry like the ten year old I am, and Lee holds me. This is the first time I've felt anything besides anxiety in the last two months, and Lee hugs me as if his life depends on it.

Beautiful short and sweet. I liked everything about it. It is just so natural. The story is all about care and love which is actually difficult to find in this world. World seems nothing when you are in love however i felt like the story was a bit utopian. But it ended with a bang so really impressive. I wish this earth and life would goblike this but we are the victims of badluck.
Keep it up
Thank you so much for your comment, I don't know when I'll be able to write again though (with school and stuff) Seriously thank you so much!
Hello there, EmptySoul is here to review your work!
First off, when you wrote your dialogue, you didn't include any attributions. For example: he said, she said, etc... It made it a little bit confusing about who was talking. You could have also included a little bit of description when they're talking to enrich your text. No one just speaks without doing anything, right?
Instead of:
You can write:
I didn't understand the ending. Why can't she go back home? What happened to her or her parents that leads that she can't see them again?
Other than what I said before a many grammatical and spelling errors, I somewhat enjoyed the story. I read it to end so that must mean something.
Keep writing!

Thank you so much for the dialogue tip, I have some problems with that.
About the ending, I was going to explain it in the next chapter or something.
Also since english is not my first language I often have problems with spelling and should watch out for that.
Thank you for reading anyways!!
