Boundless, borderless, an unwritten mind
Has no box to think outside of.
Words of countless colors,
Swirl amongst scattered ideals,
And dance under the rays of wisdom.
The markings of a language,
Little lines that make a sound.
Within that sound a thought,
Within that thought an idea,
And within that idea, a world.
They glide along the page
And ensnare those
Boundless, borderless thoughts,
Creating the world of
An unwritten mind,
Made permanent and accessible to
All those who lay their hands upon
The binding of a book.

Hi Cynderknight324! Cakerissa reporting or Reviewing!
Your description is really true! I think all authors can relate to this! One thing I would say is to just work on grammar. When you said,
They glide along the page
And ensnare those
You forgot to put punctuation on the end of each line. I liked how at the end you switched to the perspective of the reader. I hope to see more work like this.
Keep writing!
Cakerissa
Wow, from the first line you had me!

Hi there, here for a quick review!
First and foremost: Loveddd it! Terrific poem! I love how it encompasses so many types of poets or writers or really any creative mind. Each line is unique and well-thought-out.
The only thing I can really nitpick is what the reviewer down below has already mentioned. The stanza that begins "The markings of a language" needs a tiny bit of brushing up- and I emphasize tiny. Personally, I think you could leave that stanza and it would be okay, but I believe there's always room for improvement in everything.
That's all I got! You really nailed it. I also like the ending!
Happy writing,
Kali Lennon
Hey, random guy here for a review (I see a lot of people starting like this and i want to be as fancy as them so I shall too)

but either way, I hope I at least helped in some way
Just to start off on the positives, I really enjoyed this poem; it has a nice theme to it. and agreeing with your title it could describe pretty much any author. Which I think is part of the beauty of it. I love the fact that you actually managed at least to the closest I’ve seen, to put words upon a creative mind. Which is amazing, and probably why I enjoyed this one so much.
Now onto the nit-picks. Now I’m not generally very good at poetry, but i shall help as best i can
First of all, simple aesthetic stuff, punctuation at the end of all your lines. I know it does not have much to do with your poem per-say but it will simply make it look nicer. The length is fine, something I see a lot of poets on this website do "wrong"(in my opinion anyways of course this will vary) is make them way too long and intimidating, you don’t. This is perfect length, so good job on that,
There are a few places where I feel like you could change where certain words are just to make the flow feel nicer like in this part
"The markings of a language,
Little lines that make a sound,
And that sound a thought,
That thought an idea,
And that idea a world."
Personally I feel it might flow better with something like this
"The markings of a language,
Little lines that make a sound.
Within that sound a thought.
Within that thought an idea.
And within that idea, a world"
Of course you are the poet and maker of this magnificent piece so it’s your choice, I mean from your stand point everything I’ve written in this review could be shit
A review by random guy on the interwebs
