I have a knock, knock, knock inside my head
I have a boom, boom, boom pressing my chest
I see a great, great road leading me to nowhere
I have no one to help me there
I have no one to care for but myself.
*
I walk along the path pushing my feet to flee
Alone, on my own before someone sees
I have tried to make sense of everything I saw
I’ve eaten all my nails, and my fingers are raw,
Who could have changed this? Who could’ve changed but myself?
*
I could run, run, run but there’s nowhere to hide
The seeds I let fall have grown, the unwished trees are ripe
The fruit I hate and didn’t plant is calling me by my name
Oh my! Who can I blame?
Who can I blame but myself?

In my opinion I think you can replace the "knock, knock, knock" and "boom, boom, boom" sounds with something else. Because the repetition seems forced, although it those make the flow go but it makes it sound a bit cheesy. In my opinion, though.
Maybe like "I have these endless knocks resonating in my head," and "My heart beats hard, pressing against my chest," or such. Sometimes using one word on repeat makes it sound a little weird. But this is just a suggestion, if you want to keep the old form then it's up to you. It's your piece of art and I could only give suggestions based on my opinion.
For the rest of the poem I don't have any suggestions. I enjoyed reading the second stanza the most. The metaphors and the vocabulary... I loved it.
Overall you could do many things to change it, maybe into something better, but that doesn't mean that my suggestions are the best thing to do.
I hope this helps

Hey there! Purple here to give you a review! Let's get started.
This is an interesting poem with a clear intent of repetition. Some issues with that aspect though; in the first stanza the repetition is a bit overdone and then in the second it's not even there, although the third stanza has just the right amount in my opinion. Repetition is typically used to emphasize something to the reader, to show the importance or emotion. But, when used too often it seems worn out.
In the first stanza, I would have 'boom' only two times and only one 'great'
Also in the first stanza, the flow is interrupted in the last line. You could fix this by changing it to "I have no one to care for but myself." or if you meant a different context "I have no one that cares for me but myself" It depends what you meant here.
In the second stanza, "I’ve eaten all my nails and my fingers are raw," Either have a comma after nails since it turns into a different thought, or change to "I've eaten all my nails and fingers raw"
Now in the third stanza, "The seeds I let fall had grown" should be *have instead of had.
Other than those things, this is interesting. Keep up the good work and have a nice day!

I really like this! I think it's beautifully written and I love the way you describe walking down a road of regret and the metaphors you have. You do a good job portraying some of the sorrow and hopelessness that come with regret.

Now for editing. On the line "I have no one to care, but me" I would suggest getting rid of the comma. It's an unnecessary break. Also consider changing "me" to "myself." This is just personal opinion so it's okay if you don't, but I think it helps the flow.
The other line I want to point out is "I've eaten all my nails and my fingers are raw." While this is a great way of showing how anxious you've been, it makes the reader recoil. Are you sure "eaten" is the right word? That suggests you not only chewed off your fingernails but swallowed them as well, and that's just disturbing.
Anyway, those are my thoughts! I really love this poem and I hope to see more from you as well!
Thanks for your review! I'm editing in 3, 2, 1... ^^
P.S.: yeah, eaten. That anxious!
