As we grow,
We progress,
We Mature,
We forget.
Not having any care in the world,
Getting tucked in at night,
Being read a story until your eyelids collapse,
Its the good life.
As we grow,
We progress,
We Mature,
We forget.
Being walked to your first day of school,
Holding Daddy's hand so tight,
Never wanting to let go,
Holding with all your might.
As we grow,
We progress,
We Mature,
We forget.
Suddenly you're a teenager.
Talking back,
Learning to drive a car,
On your first date.
As we grow,
we progress,
We mature,
We forget.
Now you're walking down that isle,
Taking your deploma,
About to spread your wings,
and fly to the open world.
As we grow,
we progress,
We mature,
We forget.
You will always remember Mr. Cuddles,
You will always remember your friends,
but most of all,
You'll remember growing up.

hehe~ Thanks ;]
That's the poem that got me into the school Tangents last year.
That was really really touching. In fact I had a little melody in my head for this poem. But I am a rhyming person!
But who cares as long the poem was good.
I didn't fined any grammar mistakes so good job!
