I always feel like I'm not good enough. That I'm ugly, fat, worthless, gross, insulting to the women race, distgusting. I feel those things all the time. I feel like I'm trapped in a box, that no one can hear me in, and I can't escape it. These thoughts in my head are overcoming the postive things, I'm just a negative monster of myself. Looking in the mirror makes me want to vomit. Am I super skinny? No. Am I fat? No. Am I worthless? I feel like it but the answer is still No. Gross? No. Insulting to the Women race? No. Distgusting? I feel that I am, that I'm not good enough, but the answer is still No. These negative thoughts start to over power the postive thoughts and what you think is reality of yourself turns into fantasy. Everyone has there down times right? Everyone goes through depression? Or am I the only one? I can't be the only one. I hope Im not the only one.
Im tired of walking around with a fake smile in my face, when in reality underneath Im heartbroken, dying, depressed, worthless, feeling like I'm not good enough for anything or anyone. I keep thinking these things and they keep playing in my head and I start to believe them. The only monster I'm facing in my life, is myself.
This monster is taking control of me, control of my life, my body, my personality, myself. I feel like theres no hope. I feel like I am no hope. I hate going around feeling like this. I want to break out of this box. I want to defeat the monster! But how? I know the answer.
I have to believe in myself.

Hey! You are not alone. In fact, you are so far from it. It's just hard to see right now. I promise. I was diagnosed as depressed terminally. I am supposed to go in and out of deep depression for the entirely of myself. It sucks to think about. It really sucks to feel like you are wrong and aren't good enough.

Oddly enough, it seems that those whom fight this battle end up the best, greatest, most beautiful people of all.
I love how you show in this piece that there is a light. You know the answers and you know that you are in fact okay. You capture what so many are feeling. It's quite amazing.
Believe in yourself. From what I can see, you're pretty fantastic.

^I don't even know how that happened.
Really well writen. You grasped the idea that not very women manage to get about themselves, which is believing in oneself. My only advice is formating. you need to indent otherwise its really hard to read some of it and i would put a new paragraph forming at "Am i supper skinny..." it will help it be more dramatic.
Grammar is fine as far as i can tell. I like how at the end you bring it all around as well. Good piece!
