Wow, this was deep. I don't know what you were going for but as I read this piece I pictured a mother being hurt by her children and the pain she endures.
Such a simple poem but it gave me the chills. This was beautifully written!
I like this piece because it's simple but provides the reader with a powerful image. I also don't think it needs to be 16+, PG-13 is probably appropriate for this piece
The fourth line of this poem could be improved, but that's just a thought. You could also leave it as is, depending on what type of effect you are going for. I don't like the use of repetition here - I feel like the piece would resonate better if you went into more depth about the sound of the cry and the emotion behind it. I love the last two lines - they are a perfect summary.
Overall, if you add a little more to this poem, you have the potential to write a powerful, politically moving piece.

First literary nit-pick your TITLE "I Hear Ukraine Crying" would be correct, I know you probably don't care but you know just here to show you the problems with this.
Other than your content rating I can't find any other problems with this.
Why would you rate it sixteen plus? My only nit-pick about that is that it is not really THAT inappropriate I can only think of two lines I would even think a thirteen plus rating and that would be these two.

That is really it. Otherwise there are none of the mistakeses your spelling is fantastically wonderfully awesome and your grammar in the same respects. I can feel the emotion behind it and I commend you for writing a poem on such a sensitive and tragic incident.
