"Primavera"

VERSE
She weaves silence into magic,
She braids magic into longing.
Whispers a promise of forever,
She’ll be gone before tomorrow.

Remnants of love give way to sorrow,
Sorrow wastes away to madness.
Whispered vows become denials-
She’ll return before tomorrow.

BRIDGE 1

I belong to Hades,
Stained by the pomegranate.
I shared the fruit with Cupid,
And I’m damned for it.

INSTRUMENTAL

BRIDGE 2
Cast your love aside,
Like the carcass of a lamb.
Fill your stomach,
But the emptiness remains.

VERSE
She weaves silence into magic,
She braids magic into longing.
She sings lies like a minstrel,
Leading everyone along.

Remnants of love give way to sorrow,
Sorrow wastes away to madness.
Over sung songs beget loathing-
Romance curdles into hatred.

BRIDGE 3

I fled Hades,
Fled from fruit,
Fled from Cupid.
I belong to freedom...
Would do anything for it.

I really, really like this. I really have nothing bad to say about it. It wasn't too rhymey-rhymey, it flowed really well, I could hear the song perfectly in my head, the topic wasn't super cliche and you presented really well and it sounded awesome :D
Love, love, love. Gold star for you! :D
