Silent Wings

by Aust

Well, another poem by me. It was kind of a dream that was written on the paper. Hope it's ok.

Silent Wings

Leaving the ground with winter,
Flying above on wings of wind,
Touching skies with gentle finger,
Listening to night birds sing.
Flying far beyond the cloud,
Permitting dream to fly nearby,
Forgetting sign of what's behind
Just leaping forward through the sky.

On the flow of dream within
Letting song to wipe the sin,
Accepting muse to break the seals,
Freeing soul of nonending seas.
Touching hights of snowy peaks,
Leaping through green meadows,
Just raising up above the sway
On silent wings of coming day.

By the way, if someone'll read my first poem, Fire Inside, on my previous post, it'll be great, because I've finished it, and I'm quite curios what people think about it.

Wow this poem is very beautiful. I just can't find anything wrong with it lol.

Your choice of words are felt, the emotion and feeling of overcoming with all your might is kinda what I get when reading this poem, it gives you a sense of light. Now before i start yapping I shall leave and say this is a great poem
