Theme: The theme of the story is whatever might be lost can always be found. During this play, it’s shown that Aubree loses many things that are important to her: friends and someone that she thought of as family. Yet when all her hope was lost, she began to think about what Luka and Morgan said about what may happen if she regains hope and moves into the future. A spark of hope appears along with a door leading to the one’s she lost. Though the world she was in wasn’t the real one. She feels a connection between all of them and wants to continue not as one of their friends, but as the one thing that she has always longed for: family.

Act One Scene One
At Rise: Ella is looking around happily as if waiting for someone to appear; Aubree looks confused and follows her gaze whenever she looks around.
AUBREE: Ella, I can’t stand the look on your face any longer. What is going to happen? Are you waiting for someone?
ELLA: turns to face her after looking around again. Didn’t you hear? There is a transfer student coming into our class.
AUBREE: (monotone) Wow, there is a new kid. That sure is exciting.
ELLA: At least be happy about it! You should be making many friends for someone your age! Besides, a person like you needs some excitement in their life. (Sighs)
AUBREE: There are multiple facts that pertain to that silly comment. One of the largest is everyone is older than me. In addition, that making friends isn’t one of my top priorities at this time.
ELLA: You are such a buzz kill! Well then, he will be mine!
AUBREE: You didn’t say that it was a boy, besides what is there to fight about? I have no interest in him what so ever.
ELLA: You actually are no fun. Do you even have a bone in your body that emits fun?
AUBREE: (mumbling) Not for a long time…
ELLA: What did you say? (Giving her a curious look)
AUBREE: (smiling at Ella) Nothing, you probably heard someone from another conversation.
(Bell rings signaling the beginning of class. The teacher walks in with a boy standing out of sight in the doorway. He sits in front of the class at his seat.)
TEACHER: (yells) Everyone sit down in your seats!
ELLA: (whispering) I guess a certain someone got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning.
AUBREE: (giggling quietly) What bed? Old Grouchy only sleeps on the cave floor.
(They both smile to themselves and giggle)
TEACHER: Will all of you quite down! Warren, enter the classroom before it becomes a ruckus!
(Warren, the boy that the teacher called enters the classroom. He has short chocolate brown hair with ocean blue eyes and tanned features. A simple dark colored jacket with a white shirt and blue jeans completed the look.)
WARREN: Thank you, hello everyone in this humble classroom. My name is Warren Hypher and I come from Minnesota. I hope to have an excellent time in this class. (Smiles)
TEACHER: Now sit down so there won’t be any more interruptions.
(Warren sits down near them. The teacher starts talk about the usage of introverted sentences and how to understand them. Aubree stares into space, with a look of curiosity on her face.
AUBREE: (whispering) Why is he here? After so many years without seeing each other he shows up.
(She starts to think about a memory, which happened many years before.)
CURTIAN
Scene 2 Act 1
At Rise: Young Aubree looks worried; she can’t quite keep her focus on one place each time she looks around.
YOUNG AUBREE: (thinking to herself) Where can I hide? This place is terrible to hide in. If only I can do something about it…
(Keeps looking around and walks a little to the left. There in a small opening is a cave. She looks happy and hides in there. It has openings on both sides but it long enough that she can hide in the darkness. Perfectly blending in and counting the time with her fingers.)
YOUNG WARREN: (barely able to hear) Come on out Bree! The jig is up and I know where you are!
YOUNG AUBREE: (To herself) You actually don’t know where I am. The only way that you would know is this is a small forest and doesn’t have many places to hide in. (Giggles)
(A noise is heard from her left then her right. She follows the noise; it seems that it’s circling where she was hiding.)
YOUNG AUBREE: (Thinking to herself) Did he find me? How could have he found me do easily after saying that one little thing?
(While Aubree is thinking to herself a noise starts and stops to her left. A dark object is blocking one of the objects. Frightened that it could be a something looking for food her size she runs out. Only to be grabbed by Warren once out of the right entrance).
YOUNG AUBREE: (Screams) MONSTER!
YOUNG WARREN: That was too easy Bree. Next time don’t make something pop out of nowhere when trying to hide. (Laughing at how she reacted)
(From the other side of the cave emerges another Warren, he disappears and a mist floats were it was. Immediately it moves with lightning speed to Warren where it disappears when it touches his skin).
YOUNG AUBREE: I was scared half-to-death. Make sure that doesn’t happen again or something very entertaining in my opinion will happen.
YOUNG WARREN: Don’t worry Bree; if something came close to you I would be the first to protect you. (Ruffles her hair)
YOUNG AUBREE: (Covers her head to stop him) So whenever I’m in trouble you will always find me?
YOUNG WARREN: That’s a promise to keep.
CURTAIN
Scene Three Act One
At Rise: Ella and Aubree are heading to the room that they share after their class ends.
Aubree looks shaken from seeing Warren and Ella now wants to know what happened.
ELLA: Exactly what happened there? I thought that you had no interest in the new student and yet here you are shaken up after the encounter. Spill it.
AUBREE: (Sighs) Do you really want to know? If you don’t then that would be happy with me.
ELLA: Oh no. I do. Badly. And as I said before, spill the beans.
AUBREE: He is only a friend of mine from a long time ago. I haven’t seen him since the day I was hospitalized for going into cardiac arrest.
ELLA: Something tells me that there is more to the story than what you are saying. But since I now have a sizeable answer from you then no more questions. (Smiles)
AUBREE: Sometimes I really hate how you are in life. (Sighs)
ELLA: But then life wouldn’t be as fun without me! Speaking of Mister Childhood Friend here he comes.
(Warren walks from a group of people ahead of them and smiles. Ella looks happy to see him but Aubree still looks cold. Aubree then punches Ella in the side to make her stop that face. They keep walking but at a faster pace than what they were at. He catches up to them.)
WARREN: Hello people. Enjoying ourselves are we.
ELLA: Yes, and Aubree was telling me something very interesting about you.
WARREN: Oh, was she? Bree can have some very fascinating stories to tell sometimes. I always used to love to hear them when we were growing up.
AUBREE: Can you please go away? I am not in the mood to talk to someone that left me behind after that incident.
ELLA: What do you mean? I am now very interested in your childhood.
WARREN: Miss, can you please let us talk privately? Bree and I need to have a nice chat, since we have not seen each other in a while.
AUBREE: Yes Ella, you can leave. Someone from the outside should not hear this conversation. I would rather not make a scene as well.
ELLA: But you guys were getting to a good part! Oh well, see you later then!
(Ella leaves them and rushes in the opposite direction than what they were originally headed. Aubree sighs again for the tenth time today.)
WARREN: Should we go to another place or just stay here? It wouldn’t be good if someone else could hear our conversation.
AUBREE: Go ahead; it would be a smart idea to go to another place. Where were you thinking?
WARREN: Just a little place that we haven’t been to in a while. But I already have the easiest option at hand.
AUBREE: What is that option? How would not going to another place be the easiest option?
WARREN: Watch and learn Bree.
(Warren stopped in the place and grabbed Aubree’s arm to keep her from walking away.)
AUBREE: Wait. You mean that we are actually going to talk right here? I thought we could at least make it to the dorms before talking.
WARREN: Be quiet please. I need all the concentration I can get to do this.
AUBREE: What do you actually mean? How are you going to do something while only standing?
WARREN: The time draws and shall to a close. Let the time ere my end stop.***
(Everyone around them stays in place. No longer walking around and talking to them but frozen in mid-action. There was no sound emitted from the outside world, everything in the entire building was silent. Aubree looks around, amazed by how that was done.)
WARREN: All better now (sighs.) Now let’s begin with talking.
AUBREE: How did you do that? An action like that is impossible in every way.
WARREN: (chuckles) You have really forgotten a lot of what has happened. Don’t you remember when we were younger how anything and everything would pop out of nowhere?
AUBREE: No, I’ve had a slight memory issue since the day that I was nearly killed.
WARREN: Well, there is a way to fix that. But onto the actual topic we were going to say. Would you like to start it?
AUBREE: (sighs) Yes, to begin. Why in all the years that I haven’t seen you do you chose to appear at this current moment?
WARREN: The answer is I need your help along with a special power that you host.
AUBREE: Before we can go onto how something like what you just did is actually possible. I want the true answer. So I will ask that question again: why after so many years do you finally chose to show up?
WARREN: I already told you the answer, so please help yourself in liberating the question.
AUBREE: (begins to make her voice louder) You left me alone for eight years! Do you have any idea how a little girl feels by having the one person that she considered her family suddenly leave?
WARREN: I'm sorry for that, I knew that there would be some issues with me not being with you.But that was the past; I was younger and had a family of my own to help take care of.
AUBREE: How can you think like that? (Voice still rises.) I had nothing to look forward to in the orphanage. Being able to see you was the only thing that kept my self going al those years!
WARREN: I also knew that life at the orphanage wasn’t something that you loved. No one could help that but you.
AUBREE: How do you think I felt when you left? How was I supposed to know there was a dangerous criminal on the loose? How was I supposed to know he would ome to the orphanage and slaughter almost everyone? How do you think I felt when he threw me down the stairs and I nearly died? What about when he decided to drag me outside and leave me there?
WARREN: (calmly) I did not know that happened to you. I’m sorry for not being there.
AUBREE: (nearly on the verge of tears) You promised that say that you would always be there to save me! Yet that was broken not even a day after. You left me there to die!
WARREN: (steps toward her) I did say that no matter what I would always protect you. However, there was no way for me to know that would happen. How do you think I felt when my parents suddenly told me to pack? I would be alone with no one I knew.
AUBREE: Thine time ere my end shall continue.
(The crowd continues as if nothing happened. The silence is gone and filled with the noise of people talking and walking around. Aubree walks away quickly and leaves Warren in the middle of the crowd.)
WARREN: (mumbling to himself) This will be harder then I thought...
CURTAIN
Act One Scene Four
At Rise: Aubree is sleeping and she stands in the middle of the room and hears voices.
AUBREE: This isn’t normal even for me. Exactly what happened to make this?
VOICE 1: How did your meeting do with her? Did she believe you? (female sounding voice)
WARREN: She didn’t want me to talk about what I wanted to. She kept talking about how I abandoned her.
VOICE 2: (older male voice) That actually wasn’t your fault. You probably explained it to her but because she was so young she didn’t believe you.
AUBREE: (mumbling to herself) Are they talking about me? Exactly where are they? How do these people know me?
VOICE 3: (young female voice) When do we come in? Soon there will be a need for us.
WARREN: When I can find where he is.
VOICE 4: (male voice) Then what will happen? There are too many places for him to hit in the next month. And what will happen when we actually find him? No one can stand against him alone.
VOICE 1: Don’t be so pessimistic. We can find a way to beat him if we tried.
AUBREE: (mumbling) What do they mean by “him.” Exactly who is he and what does that have to do with me?
WARREN: She is right, but for now let’s end the conversation. I feel someone listening to us.
VOICE 2: You’re right. I’ve felt something odd about the room since we began.
VOICE 3: Do you think that she will wake up once this is over?
WARREN: Maybe, that depends if her heart is strong enough.
CURTAIN
Act Two Scene One
At Rise: It has been several days since Warren and Aubree talked. And after having the strange dream she is confused about her view of Warren.
TEACHER: As everyone knows that had taken every High School english course, Shakespeare is one of the greatest writers in history. While you have read the timeless classics like Hamlet--
WARREN: Wanna talk or will you yell at me again?
(Aubree looks around, she sees Warren but he is still facing the teacher.)
AUBREE: (thinking to herself) What just happened? Why didn’t the teacher hear him when he talked?
WARREN: It’s called telepathy; our minds are linked till one of us chooses to leave the conversation. I can also read part of your mind. So please refrain from thinking absurd things.
AUBREE: Well, from what you said earlier I think the best decision would be to talk. Then what do you want to talk about?
WARREN: We couldn’t talk about what I originally planned to after you stormed off and canceled the spell. It was surprising that you remembered how to do that.
AUBREE: You were talking with a Shakespearean tongue. I basically translated what could have been the cancel. Besides, anyone in the right mind could so that.
WARREN: Not anyone can do that, those who can need to have a special characteristic before some people can perform that.
AUBREE: Basically, what you’re saying is only a few people can do something like this?
WARREN: Yep, and that is why I need your help with something important.
AUBREE: Let me guess, “Help me save the world.” You can say more clichéd things besides that.
WARREN: You took the words right out of my head. That is the basic thing that I need help with; well not just myself but the group that I am working with.
AUBREE: And what do I have that can help you? What special characteristic do I have? The only thing I can think of is I grew up with you.
WARREN: We both don’t know about each other many things. And your characteristic is one that I remember; it is the only thing that can help us defeat him.
AUBREE: Exactly what do you mean by that? I have no memory of what has happened since that incident.
WARREN: That will be found out in due time. But will you help me with this?
AUBREE: (thinks about it for a little while) I will, I want to know more.
WARREN: Good, we will start tomorrow.
AUBREE: How? School is still for another 3 months.
WARREN: You’ll see.
CURTAIN
Act Two Scene Two
At Rise: After Aubree agreed to help Warren with saving the world, she goes to sleep that night with the same dream as the one before.
AUBREE: Here they go again with the talking just like last time. Exactly who are they and what do they want?
VOICE 1: Did she agree with you to help us?
WARREN: She did, we will be leaving tomorrow.
VOICE 3: How are you going to get out of school? You just came and it would seem weird to leave again.
VOICE 2: He’d use clones, the only problem with that though is they can only do so much before people start to wonder.
WARREN: All that I would have to do is poor a little more energy into them so that won’t happen.
VOICE 4: There will still be an issue with that. Nothing can last forever.
WARREN: At the longest, we will be gone for at least a month. If we poor a little energy into them every--I do not know week, then they will last.
VOICE 2: Well, that actually might work but there is still an issue.
WARREN: And what is that?
VOICE 1: Everyone was wondering how you would actually find him. Sure the worlds are connected but— (doesn’t finish the sentence)
VOICE 4: (finishes the sentence) But will you be able to find him?
WARREN: I found her. Therefore, I do know that we could find him.
VOICE 3: Good luck! Hope to see you in the other world soon!
WARREN: You too.
CURTAIN
Act Two Scene Three
At Rise: Aubree is waiting for Warren to come after he woke her up using telepathy. She has a pack with filled with some of the stuff she may need.
AUBREE: (Mumbling to herself) Where is he? He woke me up this early and has the nerve to make me wait for him? What a person.
(After waiting for a couple more minutes Warren arrives with a small pack.)
WARREN: Thank you for waiting so long, it took me a little longer than expected to get everything I needed.
AUBREE: Then should we get going? There probably isn’t that much time to waste.
WARREN: I called a friend of mine to pick us up. He won’t be much longer.
AUBREE: You’re making me wait again? Couldn’t you have planned this earlier? That would have made us wait for a shorter time,
WARREN: Like I said, he won’t be much longer.
(A mint-condition Mustang drives up with a red paint job. From the driver’s side a young man still in his teens appears. He has abnormal spiky red hair and bright green eyes with tanned features. With a simple black hoodie and dark colored jeans with a pair of red sneakers. He smiles and walks toward them.)
WARREN: I told you that he would be here soon. How are ya doing Will?
WILL: Good. I came here just as you wanted.
AUBREE: (Mumbling) He sounds familiar, where have I heard that voice?
WARREN: Well, let’s get going. There is only so much time that we can waste.
WILL: I agree, besides Aubree here looks bored.
AUBREE: How do you know my name? I don’t even know who you are.
WILL: Warren told me a little about you before I came here. Apparently you’re a long time friend of his?
AUBREE: Sadly yes.
WARREN: You say it like it’s a bad thing.
WILL: Who knows, but one thing I do know is we should get going.
AUBREE: That sounds good. Can I get shotgun?
WILL: Since there is no one else sure.
(They climb into the car and immediately Aubree falls asleep like something came over her. The only thing that she hears is Will and Warren talking.)
CURTIAN
Act Two Scene Four
At Rise: Warren and Will brought Aubree to a house with the other people in the group waiting for them in it. Aubree was still asleep so she was put on the couch.
(Aubree wakes up and sees a girl younger than herself sitting on the floor and staring at her. The girl has black short black hair cut almost like a bob and partially covers one of her eyes. She has a golden-yellow left eye and bright green right eye and slightly pale skin with a red and blue dress on.)
AUBREE: (screams) Aah!
(A younger man appears with the same short black hair and golden-yellow eyes and pale skin. But he has glasses and is wearing a long-sleeve dark blue shirt and jeans. The girl turns to face him in shock.)
VOICE 2: Luka what did I tell you! Don’t watch the guests when they are sleeping! That’s how you scare them!
LUKA: Sorry, she looked peaceful.
(Aubree sits up and is in shock, she now knows that they were the voices she would hear in her sleep. But she doesn’t know who the fourth and final one is.)
VOICE 2: I shouldn’t be the one to say sorry to. So go and apologize properly.
LUKA: (Turns to face Aubree) I’m sorry for scaring you.
AUBREE: That’s okay. Where is Warren?
VOICE 2: He’s in the kitchen with his cousin, Sorry for the surprise, my sister Luka likes to scare people a lot. And my name is Morgan, don’t worry though, we all are on the same side.
WARREN and WILL: He’s right you know! (Both voices are coming from another room near the one she’s in.)
MORGAN: Both of you should be concentrating! Angela why aren’t you making sure they don’t do anything funny.
ANGELA: That’s because I am concentrating! Why did you leave me with the two idiots? (Her voice was coming from the same room as the other two)
LUKA: As you can see we are much disorganized at the moment. But at least I have someone to talk to know!
AUBREE: Do you know what they are doing?
LUKA: I think it is a seeking spell. Since Angela and Will are helping Warren, they can look all over the world for the person we need to find.
AUBREE: That sounds complicated just by the name.
MORGAN: It is. (He sits down on one of the empty chairs in front of the couch.) However, we are almost done. Then after that is some battle planning.
WARREN: We are done!
LUKA: Perfect timing! Let the fun begin! (She sits next to Aubree on the couch.)
(From the other room emerges Will and Warren covered in some kind of powder. Behind them a woman appears, she has long purple hair tied in a pony-tail with light colored skin and elfin features and dark red eyes. With a dark gray sweatshirt and a faded blue tank-top and jeans she was the cleanest out of the three that emerged.)
ANGELA: Both of you should clean-up before you sit down. I don’t want any of that on my furniture.
WARREN and WILL: Yes Mother. (Both exit to a different door then what they came from.)
ANGELA: I swear if they didn’t mess around as much as they do…
MORGAN: Should we wait to talk or should we start now?
LUKA: Now. Then we don’t have any interruptions.
ANGELA: Sorry for taking so long Aubree, when you have those two with a spell like that it takes a while.
MORGAN: Well, at least Warren is the one specialized in it.
WARREN: Who said my name? Was it that glasses dude?
(Both Warren and Will come in with a pair of clean clothing. Warren sits down on one of the chairs lining the left and Will sits down next to Morgan; Angela keeps standing with her arms crossed.)
AUBREE: Can we start talking? I don’t know most of you and what our objective is even. So please tell me before I burst.
WILL: Introductions first then, as you know my name is Will and I’m Angela’s boyfriend.
ANGELA: Don’t forget, you’re also an idiotic fire demon; my name is Angela as you’ve probably heard and I’m Warren’s cousin. Moreover, I’m a warlock.
MORGAN: I already told you my name and I’m just a friend of them in addition to being a necromancer.
LUKA: My name is Luka and I’m Morgan’s little sister! I’m a half-demon and necromancer. It’s a fun combo if you ask me!
AUBREE: (thinking) What a colorful bunch.
WARREN: No intro needed, but I am a shaman just to tell you.
AUBREE: I think everyone knows me that is here. The only thing that I can’t tell you is what or who I am.
WILL: I think that is something that Warren can say, so time announce it my good friend!
WARREN: Just because you are going out with my cousin doesn’t mean I’m your friend. However, I do know what Bree is; the only issue is there is no term for it. After all the months of searching, there is no record of what she is.
ANGELA: If you can tell me the basics of her power then I might be able to find out. You could have just told me in the beginning,
WILL: As ever, she is right. So tell us what she is.
AUBREE: (thinking) Will you remind me too much of Ella, are they related perhaps?
WARREN: With her mind, she can change anything, a field into a forest. Overcast skies to bright blue with the sun peeking out, and even people’s appearances. No matter what it is, she can make it into something new.
MORGAN: I’ve heard of that running in some families, but they can only change, create, or destroy something. There is no one that can do more than one of those.
ANGELA: I remember hearing something from an old tale. However, it may help us understand what she is.
AUBREE: Wait a moment; I can alter anything with my mind? That’s pure madness.
LUKA: It isn’t we are right in front of you aren’t we? There is proof that such a thing can exist.
WARREN: Why don’t you tell us the tale Angela? It would help us out a lot.
ANGELA: First, let’s have Aubree remember what she forgot. That would help us out even more. Will you do the honors Luka?
LUKA: Sure! Quicken and inherit what was once lost, it shall return.
(Aubree suddenly feels tired once again and falls asleep with everyone talking.)
CURTAIN
Act Two Scene Five:
At Rise: After Luka, put Aubree to sleep so she could remember everything that happened she found herself floating in the tree house looking down at herself when she was younger along with a younger version of Warren sitting on the floor laughing.
YOUNG WARREN: You should do something else. That was funny but I think that there is a little more that you could pull out of your sleeve.
YOUNG AUBREE: Okay, but this will be the last time.
(Both of their minds are linked and Young Aubree thinks of one of the chairs becoming a small gray dog with red markings. Immediately the chair becomes just that and Young Warren laughs.)
YOUNG WARREN: It isn’t as funny as it is cute! (Laughs)
YOUNG AUBREE: (thinks) The small dog then turns into a snake with similar markings and isn’t poisonous.
(What Young Aubree thinks becomes just that and Young Warren jumps. Young Aubree and Aubree laughs.)
AUBREE: So that’s what I can do? Rather funny isn’t it?
YOUNG WARREN: Change it back! I’m deathly afraid of snakes!
YOUNG AUBREE: Okay mister. (Thinks) The snake turns back into a wooden chair.
(Again the snake morphs into a chair and is left that way.)
AUBREE: I think that’s all I need to remember. I guess that I can leave. CURTAIN
Act Two Scene Six
At Rise: Aubree just remembered what she can do and while that happened Angela was telling them the tale she remembers hearing.
(Aubree wakes up while Angela finishes the tale. Everyone stares at her with amazement.)
MORGAN: You woke up faster than I thought, how did it go?
AUBREE: Well, I thought it went just fine. And it was a memory that I really liked. Anyone want to know why?
LUKA: I do! I do!
AUBREE: It went something like this. (Thinks) The chair next to Warren turns into a non-poisonous snake with red markings.
(As she instructed that is what happened and Warren looks down near his foot and yelps.)
WILL: That is very interesting, and please don’t do that to me. I would scream at a higher pitch then him.
WARREN: It had to be that memory. Why couldn’t it be the one where she made a cave appear suddenly? That one was more sane at least.
ANGELA: Shall I continue with the tale? I’m almost done.
AUBREE: I woke up just in time. First can I fix that? (Points to the snake and Warren in the feetle position in his chair while Luka laughs and Morgan smiles.)
WARREN: Yes. Please do just that.
AUBREE: (thinks) The snake will turn back into the chair next to Warren.
(The chair assumes its original form and place. Warren calms down but Luka keeps laughing but makes it turn into a giggle.)
ANGELA: As I was saying, when the ones that created this world finished, so their children wouldn’t make the mistakes they did. They spit the three powers to make three different groups. The rulers of the upper region could create anything they wanted but could not destroy or change it. The ones controlling the lower region could destroy anything and everything but couldn’t make it reappear. Finally, those that ruled the region in between those two, were able to make changes, but couldn’t destroy or create. That is the end of the tale.
MORGAN: Basically what you’re saying is the gods can create, demons can destroy, and humans can alter. So what is she exactly? The descendent of the group that created everything we are and were?
WARREN: That is it, and the one we have to fight is the same, but all he can do is create. (Turns to face Aubree) That is why we needed you.
AUBREE: I still don’t know who he is but tell me where he is. I want to make up for the eight years I haven’t used this power.
LUKA: Well, we did find him. Good luck!
WARREN: We can leave now if you want.
AUBREE: Ready when you are.
WARREN: Good.
(Warren stands up and nods to everyone, he grabs Aubree’s arm and moves to the middle of the group.)
WARREN: Teleport.

At Rise: Warren and Aubree teleported to where their enemy is. The only issue is Aubree doesn’t know who he is and how he looks. The only thing that she knows is she in the only one that can defeat him.
WARREN: This is part of the building that we found him in, thankfully I’ve been here before and know the layout of the entire facility.
AUBREE: What does he want with this building? There is nothing here that would be helpful. (Looks around the room)
WARREN: Oh, he would choose this building. In basic terms it’s a base of operations to control those of us that need to be. I bet I know who he wants in here as well.
AUBREE: Who would that be? I don’t even know who or what would be in here.
(They start to walk out of the room to an empty hallway. Unlike the room that they were previously were in. This one was brightly lit and there was an alarm blaring.)
WARREN: I guess that we found him. Let’s hurry.
(Instead of the steady pace that they began at, they start to run in the direction of the alarm. Immediately chaos erupts, there are bodies lying on the ground with no visible sign of injury and the door at the end of the hall is busted open.)
AUBREE: Who could have gone through security so easily? There is no way for them to be alive.
WARREN: The man that we are fighting could do something as easily as this. And that room at the end of the hall, I don’t know who is in there.
AUBREE: What is that room used for?
WARREN: It’s used for the worst of people, those that should have never been born and raised without being here initially.
AUBREE: Do you know who is in there?
WARREN: We just have to find out then.
(As they approach, the two men come out. One of them looks to be in his mid-twenties with spiked black hair and white streaks and cold blue eyes with pale skin. He wears a business suit with has no stain or wrinkle in it. The other man is younger than the other is he has blonde hair in a short ponytail and purple eyes with dark elfin features; he was wearing all white like most subjects.)
WARREN: (slightly angry) That was the person in the room. Why isn’t he in the other realm?
NATHANIEL: Look, here Carter, we happen to have a couple unexpected guests. Are you here to die or join?
AUBREE: Who are you? And what are you?
NATHANIEL: My, (glances over to Warren) you didn’t even tell her anything about me? How could an ally do something that cruel to a little lady?
CARTER: Yes, you should keep them better informed. For example, after this charade you may tell my sister the details.
WARREN: How can you, (points to Carter) still be in this realm? No one here can restrain you like your parents can.
CARTER: My parents are the ones that chose for me to be here. Besides, someone as dangerous as me needs constant monitoring. The god's are too busy and can't watch over me the whole time.
AUBREE: What do you mean by that? Why would he need to be monitored so heavily?
NATHANIEL: How about no more questions and we cut to the chase? Join me and everyone that you love will be saved. Though, if you don't join us you along with your entire group will die.
AUBREE: What do you even want?
WARREN: I already know what he wants. And the boy next to him almost succeeded.
AUBREE: What did he do?
WARREN: Over throw the gods and rule the world. This is what this man standing next to him plans to do.
NATHANIEL: Ah, so you have heard of me? That will make it easier to kill you.
(Nathaniel walks up to Warren and with the slightest touch of his hand to Warren’s chest; he flies back and hits a wall.)
NATHANIEL: Pests always are ridden of first. One of them has been exterminated, only four more to go.
AUBREE: Why you…
(Aubree runs toward Nathaniel as if she was going to hit him. But right when her fist with not even a foot away from him. Something repells her and she staggers back. Amazed by how quickly that happened.)
CARTER: (laughing) Are you that anxious to join? Or do you want to fall like the rest of them?
AUBREE: I happen to not know what is going on but I do know one thing: I will stay by the one side that has shown more care then malice.
(Aubree stands there and points a finger at both Nathaniel and Carter.)
NATHANIEL: What are you trying to do? A spell? Please little lady that wouldn’t work on us.
AUBREE: Watch me.
(She closes her eyes and opens them again. Right as she opens her eyes Warren is standing next to her injured from being thrown across the hall.)
AUBREE: Bind the shadows of doubt and entwine upon their very being. Let the light be unleashed and the darkness held in their mind.
(Nothing happens. Both Aubree and Warren have a curious look on their faces. Carter laughs and Nathaniel smiles.)
CARTER: I wasn’t the god of tricks for nothing.
(They disappear into nothing. Warren collapses and Aubree looks around. Everything is like it was. She is angry and frightened at the same time. She reaches for Warren and grabs his arm.)
AUBREE: Let’s go. Teleport.

Act Two Scene Seven
At Rise: After being defeated and having Warren injured. Aubree is wanting to know more and more about Nathaniel and how she can defeat him.
(Aubree arrives with Warren in Angela’s living room. She lays him down on the couch and looks around. More time has passed since they last came. It’s already night and there is no noises coming from the house.)
AUBREE: Stay here, I’m going to look for Angela.
WARREN: Being in the same spot sounds like an excellent idea. Why if I could move I would stay in this spot.
(Aubree leaves Warren on the couch and walks around the house. A clock in another room chimes once and then stops.)
AUBREE: (mumbling) I guess that everyone is asleep…
WILL: Not quite what you think.
(Will comes out of nowhere and startles Aubree. He is still wearing the clothes he was in earlier in the day. He yawns.)
AUBREE: You’re awake? That is excellent because I have a serious matter to attend to.
WILL: Of course, I’m awake, I was put on sentry duty in case you came back. What’s the matter? I can help with most things.
AUBREE: Warren’s hurt, Nathaniel threw him across a hallway.
(Will wakes up fast. He has an urgent look on his face. Aubree is frightened by how he reacts.)
WILL: I’ll go and wake up everyone right now. Stay near Warren until we all come.
(Will moves down the hallway and Aubree rushes to Warren. His skin has become paler and is showing signs of a fever.)
AUBREE: Will is getting everyone right now. So don’t worry you’ll be fine soon.
WARREN: I’m not the one that is worrying. It’s only a bruised rib.
(A gust of wind appears and from the center of it Morgan appears. He doesn’t have his glasses on and is wearing a short sleeve shirt with pajama bottoms. Angela and Luka appear wearing nightgowns and is followed by Will.)
ANGELA: This isn’t good. Why did it turn out like this?
WARREN: I swear that I’m okay, there is nothing to ne worried about. Go back to bed everyone.
(Luka pokes Warren’s chest and he yelps and flinches. Morgan has a look of almost fear on his face.)
MORGAN: Warren, you are not okay. Your life force is starting to become dim. And with that reaction you at least broke a rib or two.
AUBREE: But it can be fixed right? At some point he will be okay?
ANGELA: (very seriously) I happen to have been the goddess of medicine. But even when I use that power there may still be a weak chance of him surviving.
AUBREE: (voice becomes louder) What do you mean? People can survive from breaking a rib or two am I correct?
LUKA: (quietly and shyly) When I poked him, it was also a way to check out how he was. But Aubree, he broke one of his vertebrae and also punctured his lung with one of his ribs. Even with Angie’s help, he may succumb to death.
AUBREE: (even louder than before) What do you mean he may die? I thought that we lived in a world that even the impossible could be done.
WILL: Sometimes, that can’t happen. There are still some things that even we can’t control.
WARREN: For once, I may agree with him. Nevertheless, Angela, your brother is joining with Nathaniel. Soon he may actually be unstoppable.
ANGELA: Warren, stop talking, save what you have left.
AUBREE: (on the verge of tears) Everyone actually thinks that he will die? I just had the feeling that I was going to be with family. Yet when I least expected it, the closest one to me is dying?
WARREN: It’s okay Bree, you don’t have to do—
AUBREE: I don’t have to what? (Yelling) You’re leaving me again for the second and last time! Once again, I don’t have any family to look forward to!
MORGAN: (angry) Will you two stop this right know! One of you is dying and the other is angry. From everything that has happened in the past 24 hours the worst thing is the two of you. Aubree, stop yelling at us; sure we can do things that most of the world dreams about. However, one thing that we can’t cheat is life and death. Warren, stop talking, as I watch you are dimming. At this current time you may have an hour at the longest. That is if you stop talking.
(Everyone looks surprised the only one that isn’t is Luka and she laughs at everyone’s faces.)
WILL: He does have a point. Instead of you two talking why doesn’t Aubree set up a telepathy session. That way you can talk privately and Warren doesn’t expend his energy.
AUBREE: (wiping her face) That sounds good. (Thinking) Telepathy link. Aubree and Warren.
WARREN: I know that I don’t have that much time left. Though there is something that I want to talk to you about that could end the entire conflict between Nathaniel and us.
AUBREE: What is it?
(As Aubree and Warren are talking, Morgan sits down in one of the chairs and immediately falls asleep. Luka turns into a cat with black fur, one gold eye, and one green eye and jumps to the top of the couch. She then curls into a ball and falls asleep. Angela and Will keep standing, watching them to make sure something doesn’t happen.)
WARREN: There is a way to make Nathaniel powerless. Though, the only way to do that is if you sacrifice the same thing that you take. For every occasion you have to give something of equal importance.
AUBREE: What is it that I have to take and give?
WARREN: You take the one thing that ends the entire thing: his power.
AUBREE: That means that I have to give up mine as well.
WARREN: Yes, but even without it you can live normally like the rest of us. Just as you’ve been doing for years.
AUBREE: Then how can I do it?
WARREN: The spell is something that comes when needed. It can’t be passed on like everything else. The user is the one that creates it.
AUBREE: What do you mean by that?
WARREN: You’ll see.
(Warren closes his eyes and their conversation ends. Yet when Aubree touched Warren’s forehead instead of feverish he feels cold.)
AUBREE: Angela, he’s cold!
(Morgan and Luka wake up. Morgan goes pale and Luka has a sad expression. Angela rushes to the couch and kneels beside it.)
WARREN: I knew that I couldn’t say anymore than this…
ANGELA: Warren, you can’t die. We all need you; Aubree needs you.
WARREN: As said before there is no way to cheat life and death.
(Aubree starts to cry and Will moves her over to a chair. Warren closes his eyes once again and seconds later turns into a mist. )
AUBREE: (cries) No! Warren!
(She faints; the room is filled with anguish and sadness.)

Act Two Scene Eight
At Rise: Warren dies and turns into a mist like substance, Aubree faints from not only exhaustion but too much emotions flooding into her.
(Aubree looks around; in the past week she’s been in the same place more than once. But unlike the other times she wants to know what they will talk about.)
MORGAN: I guess that this is the last time that we will see him in this world.
LUKA: I feel bad for Aubree; she lost a very important person.
ANGELA: We all loose someone like that in our lives. She lost him in this world for the last time. But in the other, they will be reunited.
AUBREE: (Yelling) What do you mean in this world? I can see him in another world?
WILL: Tomorrow is probably the last time that we will be here. So at least we can go out with a bang.
MORGAN: Shall we prepare?
ANGELA: I’ll get what we need for the spell. Will go and get some gear. Luka, I’ll need your help.
LUKA: Roger that!
WILL: This will be fun.
CURTAIN
Act Two Scene Nine
At Rise: Will, Luka, Morgan, and Angela get ready for what seems like their last fight in this world. Aubree lies on the couch thinking of what might happen.
AUBREE: How can I defeat them? They seem to be too strong for a single person to handle.
(Angela comes from the kitchen with a bowl of some substance.)
ANGELA: Good Aubree you’re awake. I need your help with this spell. Even with two of us it will take a while to create.
(He shows his head from the hallway and is covered with dust.)
WILL: Do you want to take the protective charms as well? Or are we fine with just the shield rings?
MORGAN: (yelling from an unknown direction) Take everything. Once this is going to happen we need all the protection we can get.
AUBREE: (sighs) What do you want me to do?
ANGELA: If you can truly alter anything with that mind of yours, then I want you to make them think that a certain place is where they are headed.
AUBREE: And you want me to help with a spell? What type is it?
LUKA: One that you can see into the future. It will be a little hard for us to complete because no one is an oracle or well versed with time spells.
AUBREE: How do we do that then? Won’t is actually be nearly impossible?
ANGELA: I happen to have a card up my sleeve that which will be used more than once today.
(Aubree follows Angela to the kitchen and Luka is standing in it with two small packages and several bottles of liquid.)
AUBREE: Looks like we are a group of witches going to cast a curse on someone.
ANGELA: We very well might be. But one thing that we do need is a cauldron. Which Morgan should be bringing at some point.
(Morgan appears with a several gallon pot. He sets it down on the counter and leaves the room.)
LUKA: Thank you brother!
ANGELA: Let’s get down to business.
(Angela’s appearance changes; her hair becomes a little longer and green streaks appear in her hair along with a darker color of skin. Her red eyes become a deeper shade.)
AUBREE: What just happened?
ANGELA: (in a slightly deeper voice) I only invoked a little power from my other self. Don’t worry, I won’t go crazy and I will not hurt anyone.
LUKA: I can tell this is a dire emergency since you’re doing that.
ANGELA: You’re right. Let’s get started.
(Immediately they begin to set up the spell. Ingredient after ingredient is added and the solution in the pot turns into different colors.)
AUBREE: Do you need my help for this step?
ANGELA: Not yet, this is only what we’ll be using to see the future. The true thing is the enchantment that we need help on.
LUKA: And that won’t be too far away.
(A crash comes from the other room and a yelp.)
MORGAN: (Yelling from the direction the noise came from) Will you idiot! Look at what you did!
WILL: (Yelling from the same direction) Then can you not sit there in the middle of the room! Who knows what I just broke!
(Luka runs out of the kitchen and into the room that both of them are in. There is no noise for a couple seconds then both Will and Morgan yell.)
WILL: (Screams) What are you doing? Stop!
MORGAN: (Loudly) Holy mother of god!
(Angela starts to laugh and Luka comes back in the kitchen. But like Angela she changed how she looked. She now has long brown hair and red eyes, she also looks to be Aubree’s age.)
LUKA: (In a little deeper voice) I even had to come out for just a petty little fight? What a bunch of morons.
ANGELA: I can’t believe that you even had enough with them. What did you do?
LUKA: Let’s just say that I know how to make them pee their pants in one second.
AUBREE: I am usually not that nosy but Luka what happened? You look totally different.
LUKA: Like the rest of the demon clan we have more than one form. This is just one of them.
ANGELA: I think that the mirror is now done. Now all that is left is the enchantment, I need everyone’s help with this.
(Luka and Aubree stand next to Angela with the pot in front of them. It looks exactly like a mirror but everyone knows that it isn’t.)
ANGELA: I want you to repeat exactly what I say; there will be no joking and horse-play.
LUKA and AUBREE: I understand.
ANGELA: Let’s begin: Heavy at the beginning and intpinse, we seek what is young ere is comes. Mark what is now and show what hath come. Anon we prithee what hath not come, the absolute future.****
AUBREE and LUKA: Heavy and the beginning and intpinse, we seek what is young ere is comes. Mark what is now and show what hath come. Anon we prithee what hath not come, the absolute future.
(An image appears in the pot and they watch what happens.)

Act Two Scene Ten
At Rise: After Luka, Angela, and Aubree used the spell to look into the future. They watch from an unaltered surface at what hasn’t come yet.
(Carter and Nathaniel are standing and typing something into the computer. They start to smile as they continue.)
NATHANIEL: I thought that it was easier to just go to a government building.
CARTER: You did, but there is something missing: how are you going to use the government to overthrow the gods? Is that even possible?
NATHANIEL: All you have to do to those silly little mortals is make them think that the gods are aliens. Everyone on this planet believes that what you can’t believe in you must destroy.
CARTER: That is an excellent plan, and here I thought that all we needed to do was resurrect a demon.
NATHANIEL: This is a plan with less carnage and more fighting. It will leave the gods nearly defenseless.
(The image stops playing.)
CURTAIN
Act Two Scene Eleven
At Rise: Luka, Angela, and Aubree looked into the future to see where the two were going to be. However, it uncovered something that no one would have thought: they planned to use the mortal government to get rid of the gods.
(They look at each other, not in amazement but in fear.)
ANGELA: I have to tell the boys about this. (She leaves the room.)
(Luka changes back into her original self and start to clean up.)
LUKA: Can you help me with this?
AUBREE: Sure.
(They grab the pot and poor the entire contents into the sink. The pot is stained from the liquid.)
AUBREE: Should we also tell them, or wait?
LUKA: She may need back-up. Brother isn’t one to believe something without seeing it.
(They walk out of the kitchen and then into the living room were both Morgan and Angela is in heated conversation. Will sits on the floor arranging what appear to be amulets and several small vials filled with cloudy liquid.)
MORGAN: There is no way that someone with that intellect would think about using mortals to disband the gods! That is completely insane!
ANGELA: They were talking about it and it sounds like a well thought out plan! Making them think that the gods are aliens is the only way to make them want to kill or injure them!
MORGAN: But that is only an idea! Wouldn’t it be better for them to start by getting some of the minor gods in league with them!
AUBREE: (Finally had enough) If you don’t believe us then at least wait and let me carry out what Angela’s plan was!
LUKA: I knew that you wouldn’t believe us. So in order to prove it, Aubree is going to alter the room to look like the one that they were in. And I’ll create a portal so once they open the door it’ll move them to us.
MORGAN: I still don’t believe what you say, but we might as well go ahead with the plan.
WILL: I’m almost done. So I suggest get what you want and make sure to have it close.
(Everyone gathers around Will and grabs what they need. Aubree has an amulet with an onyx pendant. She puts it on) along with the opal necklace she has always worn.)*****
ANGELA: Can you do the honors and have some fun with redecorating?
AUBREE: Sure. (thinking) The room is filled with computers and chairs, the walls are an off-white color and there are no windows. On the back wall is a large map of the world.
(The room turns into exactly that, everyone stands there in amazement.)
LUKA: Let’s get this party started!
CURTAIN
Act Three Scene One
At Rise: Luka, Will, Angela, Aubree, and Morgan wait for Nathaniel and Carter to come. This may be their last battle, as the time goes by there is doubt and confusion among the group.
MORGAN: Are you sure that this is the place that they were going to? ‘Cause my theory is starting to look even more plausible.
ANGELA: Can we at least hide? That way we can surprise them.
EVERYONE ELSE: That sounds good.
(They hide, and immediately when Will finds a place to hide they arrive. Nathaniel walks around to one of the computers and turns it on. Carter stands there as if they need protection from something.)
CARTER: This place doesn’t seem right. Are you positive that there is no one here?
NATHANIEL: I made sure that there wasn’t anyone. This will only take a second to hack into the computer’s server.
(Angela comes out of her hiding place behind the two of them. She mutters something and both of them stand up and stay in their place.)
CARTER: I told you something didn’t seem right.
(Something bursts and they start to move. Carter lunges and Angela but she dodges him. Everyone else comes out and tries to help.)
NATHANIEL: (turns to the direction that Aubree is in) Come out little lady, why don’t we continue what we started.
(Aubree comes out of her hiding place right next to the computer they were using.)
AUBREE: I don’t forgive you for what you’ve done. You killed a man.
NATHANIEL: That was just the other day. Besides, do you even know the my reason why I’ve chosen to do this?
AUBREE: I have no interest in that.
NATHANIEL: Well to bad, I guess that like the rest of them you’ll die.
(He surges toward her and grabs her by the collar of her shirt. She tries to shake him off but his iron grip keeps her in the same place.)
NATHANIEL: You see, the people like us aren’t supposed to be alive. We are abominations in the eyes of the gods. Just like the ones that made this pitiful world.
(He throws her to the ground. She gasps in pain and quickly tries to breath.)
AUBREE: (thinking) The computer’s cables turn into ropes and grab his legs and arms.
(They do just that but are repelled by the same invisible force that pushed her back.)
NATHANIEL: I happen to be able to create anything with my mind, unlike your alter I happen to be able to do anything.
AUBREE: You know that I can defeat you. That’s why you haven’t killed me yet.
NATHANIEL: Oh, I thought that you were an easy target though. And the reason why I haven’t ended your pitiful life is because it’s entertaining to watch someone with no chance struggle.
(He picks her up and creates a cell for her.)
NATHANIEL: Watch me as I make history.
(Nathaniel walks to the computer and makes a large screen appear. He starts typing something incomprehensible.)
AUBREE: (mumbling) The cell turns into water and freezes Nathaniel.
NATHANIEL: (before the action can be used.) Nice try but there are some things that I already knew would happen.
(Aubree starts to pale, the air stinks of ozone and a burned patch of clothing on her torso. She gasps and falls to the floor, clutching her chest.)
AUBREE: (nearing death) What did Warren say? The words to the spell will come when they are needed…
NATHANIEL: What are you talking about? Something like that couldn’t possibly happen.
AUBREE: (mumbling) Please, whoever can hear me; help me with this villain, I want to defeat him before the world and possibly my life ends…
(Aubree looks up and suddenly her paleness disappears. A new strength has awakened. Words start to flow into her head and she repeats them line after line.)
AUBREE: As life and death front to o’er wrought, there is a simple matter that shall be placed. Secrets of old shall be renounced, stilled by fate they will always become new. From the front, take a judicious thing from each, hence will never have their one destiny and power. However, it shall be replaced by something anew, a flame of importance.******
NATHANIEL: What do you mean by that? That will never work.
(The cell around Aubree collapses, Nathaniel stands there amazed.)
NATHANIEL: How did you do that? The cell was something that could never be broken!
AUBREE: I had something taken away from the both of us.
NATHANIEL: As if that could happen! I can still create something watch as I make a demon appear from thin air!
(Nothing happens, Nathaniel goes hysterical. Aubree sighs and punched him in the face. He falls to the ground.)
AUBREE: Not so tough now.
(She looks too see the other four still in battle with Carter. Everything is flying around them and getting tossed. She sighs and walks toward them.)
ANGELA: (yells) CARTER will you stop this madness? Mother and Father won’t tolerate what has happened!
CARTER: As if that would happen! They disown not only me but also you! It would be better if they both were eliminated.
(Carter lands near Aubree, and again she punches him in the face. He falls as well and has blood dripping from his nose.)
AUBREE: And that is how we learned to punch in the orphanage.
(They all land near both of the fallen enemies. Angela and Luka are in their other forms but this time Luka has short blue hair and gray eyes. Will looks younger and has hair the color of fire. Morgan looks the same but he’s carrying a large scythe.)
WILL: Now why didn’t we think of that?
ANGELA: Because, we are only focusing on using magic to bring him down. Not brute force like this young lady.
MORGAN: Remind me not to get into a fight with her.
AUBREE: Both of them are down; so what do we do now?
LUKA: We disappear.
(They all start to fade, just like Warren. Aubree looks around, it wasn’t just them that was fading; the entire world was fading.)
AUBREE: What do you mean disappear! I thought that this was real!
ANGELA: There are many secrets that we haven’t told you; and I’m sorry that it had to end this way.
AUBREE: Don’t go! I’ve already lost so many people in my life! I don’t want to be alone again!
WILL: You won’t be alone. We all are still with you. The only problem is if you can let your heart heal.
AUBREE: Please! Stay here with me! I can’t let my heart heal! There is too much that I would have to let go of!
LUKA: Silly, it isn’t that hard, just believe and you’ll be set free. Flying with the birds in the sky, laughing at everything you think of, seeing the world full of the brightest colors. No more black and white but vibrant colors shining like the sun. You can see more of the world without a film over your eyes.
AUBREE: This world is enough! I can’t go into another with no knowledge of it! Stay here with me!
MORGAN: Even if we had the choice, someday everyone has to leave and begin a new life. It was our choice to be with you here. And I think that we all would stay with you. Everyone has lost someone in their life that was precious to them. However, as time continued its path in life they came again. So when everything is lost, hope for the future to come and ring it all back.
AUBREE: I’ve already lost my family, my friends, and now the only people that understood me! How could I hope for the better?
ANGELA: I’m sorry, we all have stayed the longest we can. Good-bye my friend.
EVERYONE ELSE: (Echoes) Good-bye
(Everything disappears; all that is left is a black hole. Aubree sits down and starts to cry.)
CURTAIN
Act Three Scene Two
At Rise: After losing everything, Aubree cries. No one can hear her, but her sadness is felt through-out the entire place.
AUBREE: (quietly) Why do they have to leave me? Whenever I care about something or someone they are lost forever!
(She sits there for a few moments. Wondering what will happen next in this sequence of sadness.)
AUBREE: They did say that there was another world and that if my heart healed that I could be reunited with them.
(She stands up and looks around; she then takes a deep breath and starts to walk.)
AUBREE: I have lost a lot in my life, but sadness never overcomes everything. The only thing that it does is sink myself into a deep dark hole much like this one.
(She pauses and turns around. She walks in that direction.)
AUBREE: The one thing that I can hope for is a way to help. I’ve always stood by the sidelines waiting to be rescued. Though since I met all of them I felt apart and the leader of them. It made me happy for one of the first times in my life.
(She keeps walking then turns to the left.)
AUBREE: I still miss everyone. Will, Angela, Luka, Morgan, and especially Warren. They made me feel like I was their family; not someone distant. For once, I thought that I had an actual family.
(She stops and looks up, everything is the same. It hasn’t changed no matter what she does. She smiles with joy and continues.)
AUBREE: As long as I can, I will keep walking towards the hope, the future. I will never forget what happened here. I will never keep wallowing in my sadness like a fish in a pond. I want to continue as an actual person. Not a doll carried with strings, but the one controlling my own strings, an actual human being.
(A light appears right in front of Aubree, she runs towards it and she can’t see.)
AUBREE: A new hope, a new dream, and a family stand on the other side of this door.
(She walks through the door, unable to see a thing.)
CURTAIN
Act Three Scene Three
At Rise: Aubree walked through the door that appeared when she gained a new hope.
(Aubree wakes up; she is in a hospital room surrounded by Angela, Luka, Morgan, Will, and the last one was Warren. She looks around; she is attached to multiple machines and in one of the beds. Everyone looks at her and yell.)
LUKA: Nurse! Aubree woke up! Aubree woke up!
WARREN: I knew that you would wake up! I told you!
AUBREE: What happened? Why am I in the hospital…?
ANGELA: You’ve been in a coma for half your life. Remember when that man came and threw you down the stairs? He didn’t kill you because you hit your head instead of your spine. It caused you to fall into a coma.
AUBREE: Then what about that world I was in? I’m confused about that.
MORGAN: The answer is actually very easy: because you are what you are. You created a world identical to the real world; the only issue is that in one of them you were in a hospital. And in the world that you created you lived as a teenage girl.
AUBREE: So basically everything that happened in that world is true? Why did you wake me up?
WARREN: I guess that is my fault mostly. It took years to find you once I was old enough to live by myself and another while to get them to help me.
AUBREE: But why did you do that? There has to be a purpose to that.
WILL: I think we all know what he was thinking. It’s been long enough since you’ve had a family. So he decided to let one more into ours.
WARREN: I hated the fact that you were always alone, so I had them help me wake you. Those years that I was gone, I couldn’t stop thinking about how you may feel.
AUBREE: I actually have a family now?
ANGELA: Yes, you do and are you happy that the family is already a group of people that you know and care about?
AUBREE: I have what I’ve always wanted. That is the best thing about this whole experience.

*: The voices also happen to be these characters in this order: Angela, Morgan, Luka, Will. So if you chose one of the following, chose the correct voice.
**: Carter actually isn’t related to Angela the mortal. He is possessed by the twin brother of the goddess possessing Angela. So the easiest explanation is just to say they are related.
***: This happens to have some Shakespearean words so a basic translation is: Before my time stops I will pause it. And the cancel is: My job is done, time may continue to resume before I die.
****: Again Shakespearean language is presented. A translation of this is: Sad and hard to understand, we seek for something recent before is comes. Pay attention to what is now and what hasn’t come. Right now we question what hasn’t come, a truthful future.
*****: The reason why it is an onyx amulet because it helps protect the wearer from misfortune and make the users courage and strength increase.
******: I will translate this: As life and death become one, there is a simple matter that shall be placed. Old secrets will be replaced by one that tells of a beginning; a beginning to a new life. Take the one thing that is fair from each against each other. What has been taken will be replaced with a new light, never to exist again with the person.

So, the first thing I want to say is Holy Toledo! That is a lot of words…and pages. There are only a few comments that I really have, and other than that, it’s just up at an English teacher to ready anything else into it. First of all, in Act one scene one, chairs and tables are not considered props. The word ‘props’ is short for properties which is something a character is in charge of and might carry with them. Characters will not be carrying around chairs and tables. Along those lines, winter clothing in act one scene two is also not included under props. Again, in Act two, scene two props do not include table and chairs. In Act two, scene three, a car will be really hard to haul onto a stage. If it absolutely necessary and you can’t go around not having a car, stagecraft will have to build a wooden one that will end up being one sided without actual seats. Unless the plants will be carried and off set with an actor, the plants will be considered part of the moving set that techs can take care of when setting up for the next scene. I think you get the gist for the rest of the props. I think under your character list you should also specify if any of them could be changed to another gender for specific actors might be hard to find for other groups who decided to put up the play. The ‘at rise’ should also describe the scene and set. Your dialogue could also use some help. It just doesn’t seem like real people conversing. It seems planned and deliberate, not the whim of a conversation with a friend. Well, there is more I could tell you, like to make sure you don’t direct in your stage directions, but you seem to be able to handle anything else that might be wrong in your story. I hope one day to see it actually performed.
Thank you for the comment. This was the first actual play that I wrote. And with the advice that you've given me I think that it will help in the future.
