November...the month of giving thanks to every thing that has happened throughout the year. Be it a breath of relief, a tear of joy, a wail of despair, or a scream of anger; we give thanks to every single one of these moments.

Although we could give thanks every day and maybe some of us already do that...maybe some of us don't, because there's always a clash with what each person believes in.

But take away all of that...the differences. Take away the religion, the race, their gender, and their sexual orientation and tell me what you really see.

What is your answer? (I'll give you mine while you're at it)

A person. Simply just another human being. Someone that was raised with a different perspective to yours.

But the way they think is wrong?

Is it really?...

There's a saying that says that not necessarily what is beneficial for me will be good for you. Just like what is bad for me will not necessarily be of consequence to you.

So if you come to think about it...it would mean that every single "problem" that has happened to them, they, her, him, you, me, us...it's all but a simple collision between different views of the matter.

Wait...if it's that simple, why aren't we all getting along? Why hasn't world peace been achieved?

*sigh*

Don't you know that being human also means not being monotone?

Being angry, being sad, being bored is all wonderful things for a human. Because if we were happy all the time, peaceful even, would we really know we are happy? No.

Aish! Aren't I confusing? And oh so many questions...but this is the human mind. This is what they mean when they say we are logical beings.

See, we do hold and know but not know all the answers. This is the reason some of us are the way we are sometimes. Because we are a lovely conundrum that has been solved.

So in the end this may or may not appeal to your view. Or it may or may not have shed some light to your consciousness. But we will forever be full of surprises in many predictable and unpredictable ways. Because we are one different, yet, same. We are humans.

Nice speech on thanksgiving day. It's true that people should thank everyone everyday and I totally agree with it. The speech type of thingy was beautifully explained. And no grammatical mistakes. To conclude this review I really liked it as it had some ties with psychology and philosophy, next time try focusing really hard on one topic and make it really in depth but make sure it's not too confusing so have it be a relate able topic (not saying you did but make sure to keep an eye out for that when writing in this style). Any ways I am looking forward to seeing your next piece of work

I liked this quite a lot and it was reasonably short and not to drawn out :)

I'll admit I've always thought a lot about these kinda things being quite a philosophical person who has a great interest behind the psychology of humans.

It does however change subject quite a bit as you first start of with talking about an American holiday and then about perspectives and differences between every individual human; nonetheless, they were still quite related and it really intrigued me

I don't know how to put it but it seems sort of sophisticated and kinda like a speech that helps us understand what being a human is really all about.

Hello there. I shall give you a review.

Firstly, as a reader, I don't know what your point is. The purpose of which you write this argument, and what I am supposed to get out of it in the end. You don't establish the meaning behind it, nor a context.

You start with reference to an American holiday.
1. This seemingly has nothing to do with anything else you say.
2. Its ironic because everything you say has to do with stripping any identities of humans, race, religion. I assume you meant nationality in there as well, patriotism, country identity. You didn't mention that. The fact that you refer to the American holiday. (Only america celebrates thanksgiving) immediately says that your target audience for this piece are americans/canadians?? and ultimately places a huge load of irony on the rest of your piece, which for me as a reader, makes me wonder if I can't really take it seriously.

I think you really need to organized this better. Have an introductory clause and a concluding clause. Let the reader know what you want to tell them, present your argument, and then conclude it with justification, why it was worth reading to them.

I'll try to be more explicit with the audience I try to reach. And I totally forgot patriotism, I think it's because I've never let my country decide the identity I show to the world. But question...why do you just assume America (which is the continent, not just the US or its citizens) is the only place where thanksgiving is celebrated? Aren't these customs carried by a person and not by their country? A person that doesn't necessarily have to live in the American continent and has the belief of celebrating it in another place (because they now live or were born there)...does it mean it is not thanksgiving what they celebrate?...And since when does a writer need a reason to write? Are you sure I said there was a purpose behind this? Did I specify it? Are you sure I just did not write this because I felt like it? You know, to release my thoughts? How sure are you of what I wrote? But you have a valid point when it comes to the structure of this and for that I will elaborate. :3

That's what I mean when I say American holiday... it means Americans celebrate it....

Americans...I've heard that word so much this week. *sighs* Sorry. My mind is not the same when it starts questioning everything. Now that I read the paragraph I just wrote it sounds a bit offensive. I swear I try to say things the correct way but they always end up coming out wrong. Why couldn't I be a normal person that has no difficulty communicating with other people in a way that doesn't come out wrong? I hope I did not offend you. I really wasn't trying to. I just wrote what my mind had without thinking my words through (You can ask my friends...it's a daily ocurrence, even my teacher got mad at me this week when she misunderstood what i was trying to say). Sorry Blackwood. *bows* I'm not kidding. I will elaborate this literary piece. I'll try my best to make it not misunderstanding and vague. I promise you. :3

O...k..?
It's. Ok.

Hey, Ary! FireFox here to review your piece!

Needs Improvement:
1. Grammar. I saw no spelling issues, but I could have missed them, so you probably know it would be to your advantage to try spell-check and go over it yourself, just to be sure. Additionally, you had a few grammar issues here and there - missing commas, or commas in places commas don't need to be. But, for the most part, it's looking good, structure-wise. But, grammar and spelling is the least of your worries at this stage anyway. Until you are entirely done writing this piece and are on your final draft, grammar and spelling is no worry.

2. My only other complaint is that I want some elaboration! This was too short! I want more! Explain where you got the idea for this rant/speech.

I love this piece. I love it for a few reasons: 1. Because it reads as if it were a speech, and I like speeches. I can actually hear someone reading this inside my head... It's kind of strange, but cool at the same time! It's almost as if this is dialogue, but it's not! And 2. I can relate to everything you wrote! I feel the same and you have put my feelings into words! Having something relatable to readers is a God-send!

If you elaborate on this piece or ever write something similar, let me know!

Lol, Thank You. I was afraid that if I tried to elaborate people wouldn't understand what I'm trying to say or simply misunderstand the concept behind this. But maybe I will... :3
