Hi! I'm here to leave a quick review!!
Anyway let's get right to it,
Okay...well at first glance here it is a little tough to say exactly what this piece is meant to be here. It doesn't really sound like a prologue nor does it seem to be a summary here. It most closely resembles some sort of blurb here so uhhh...well I think I'm going to review it in that stead here.
Soo..thinking of this as a blurb, I'm liking this premise here. The whole idea of vampires and darkness has been done quite a bit, but it does always make for some pretty exciting stories and I think the play on how the darkness seems to be something that was always neutral but it now being twisted to be evil and this protagonist here appears to have to fight for it makes for an interesting arc there, it definitely caught my interest at any rate.
Overall, I think this brings across a nice little gist about the character here then follows it up by presenting some very good plot points and these all combine to make a pretty solid blurb here. It sounds like something that I'd potentially read at any rate.
Aaaaand that's it for this one.
As always remember to take what you think was helpful and forget the rest.

Hey, Angel!
When I read this piece of work, to me, it sounded more like a blurb than anything else. Is it a blurb? Or an excerpt from the story you're writing? It really confuses me and I think you should've specified what it was when posting this on YWS so that reviewers will understand easier.
Anyway, as a blurb, this piece of work seemed interesting. It really isn't the sort of story I'd find myself reading because vampires are too common nowadays and I've heard enough about their wild adventures, but I know lots of other people who love that dark concept. Overall, it's an effective blurb, so keep on the writing!
