OOooo! I'm in (I hope I actually do try at least.)I'll have to post todays work tomorrow, but I'll write one tonight. So, if we post it in the NaPoWriMo section, they won't be critiqued until they're at least decent?
I will post mine in my blog *starts re-making blog*
I realized that I said I'd be gone for only two weeks...but I was gone for much longer.I hope to stay on this time.
Hey everyone who posted in the Dramatic Poetry section:
Your threads are now in the newly created subforum under NaNoWriMo. So if you're confused as to where it went, there they are. Everyone else please post in that forum as well so we don't clog up the regular poetry forums.
I admit right now that I didn't read through this thread, so I'll just jump in with my experiences :p
I participated in NaPo last year, and it helped me a lot. That isn't to say that it produced any memorable pieces of poetry, just that it certainly pushed me to grow as a poet. So, that's all I'm aiming for this year. I'll try new things all over the place, and if it fails completely, so what? I'll get another go tomorrow! Unfortunately, this is really bad timing for me, as I'm ridiculously busy these next couple weeks, but I'll try to not fall too far behind... ^_^
The good parts of a book may be only something a writer is lucky enough to overhear or it may be the wreck of his whole damn life — and one is as good as the other.
