I'm a milk addict... literally... I recently realized that 910 of my daily calories come from milk (I drink about 7 cups of 2% a day) and have been working on cutting it down to 2-4 cups a day. So I'm drinking a lot of juice instead. I don't mind juice, but soda makes me sick to my stomach. Plus it has a metallic, chemical taste to it. Ick.

Wow, Sophie, a milk addict? At least it's not alcohol or anything. Well...okay, I was somewhat of a hot chocolate addict during the month of December. It's COLD where I live!

I don't like juice. It's too strong for me! apple juice is okay but moct orange juices are way to strong. Waters good (I drink a LOT of water) and soda's good too but I treat it more as a snack- it never seems to make me any less thirsty.

Given the choice of soda or juice, I'd choose soda.
... but it's really all about the ice tea, or (British) lemonade. (Unless it's Schweppe's Rasberry Ginger Ale, which is made of win.)
Though I really drink more milk than anything. I eat a lot of cold cereal.
Since I don't drink milk, it's all water for me, 'cept the very rare occasions when there's some other kind of juice mix then lemonade in the freezer.
