I could easily ace a test about either mythology, but I can't help you. You need to give us more information. What do you need help with? Do you have a question about gods, heroes, monsters, specific stories? What?
A villain along the lines of the mythology? Do you mean a villain FROM either mythology? And you haven't specified what type of villain either. Someone cool and cunning? Big and mean? What?
okay, thanks! umm, i have two villains, jormundr and a giant eagle, but yeah, a villain from those, not hydra though ummm, i would like to know about the gods and goddesses mostly i know alot about loki, who is my fav. odin, freya, and the base religion, but not about the lesser gods and stuff.

Jormundr? You mean Jormungand, the Midgard Serpent? And I'm confused. DO you need more villains? Just google "greek monsters" or "norse monsters". Here's a list of Greek ones. http://www.theoi.com/Bestiary.html
http://www.wizardrealm.com/norse/gods.html That's a good site for the Norse gods. For really general things (like gods and goddesses), it's really best to just use google.
Hel: Norse goddess of death. Depending on what source you want, she's either half-normal and half-corpse, half-black and half-white, and the halves differ. Personally, I've always liked the half-normal-half-corpse with the right and left sides rather than top and bottom. She's generally gloomy, often described as a hag, a witch, etc. Story goes she was brought up in Asgard, but everyone was afraid of her, so she got put in charge of the dead. When Baldr died, she was asked to free him; gave the condition that only if everyone wept for him would she let him go. She's not exactly the most evil of beings, more neutral, but at the end of the world, the dead will fight with Loki.
Fenrir (or Fenrisulfr, depends): Brother of Hel, and basically a massive wolf. Again, brought up in Asgard, because he was small originally, and they thought that he could make a good guard-dog or something. However, he grew really large, and the gods became slightly worried, mostly because his father was evil and all that. Thus, they decided to tie him up to prevent him from wreaking havoc on the world, etc. etc. Anyway, the first couple of chains and ropes were too weak to hold him, so they got a bunch of dwarves to make a rope made of impossible things, like a fish's breath and a woman's beard. Looked really thin and weak, but it was unbreakable, Gleipnir, I think it was called. Anyway, they got the god Tyr to stick his hand in Fenrir's mouth as a kind of trust thing, tied him up, Tyr lost a hand, but Fenrir couldn't go anywhere. At the end of the world, Fenrir will break free, and eat the sun and moon in most myths, although some say that it will be his son who does that. Anyway, evil.
This guy is so evil you could put him in between two slices of bread and call him an evil sandwich.
