@Iggy matriarchs aren't available, but heirs sure are. They're essentially miniature matriarchs related to the actual matriarch through some sort of blood relation, with all of the swagger of entitlement because they're next in line if their matriarch dies. They're all juiced up with magic because their bloodline is.
