(Yes! I’m salary and this is the first job in my life where that has worked out in my favor haha I’m used to like 50+ work weeks in my salary jobs but this is like, never more than like 43 and most weeks much less. I got a three day weekend, 6 hours yesterday, 3 today. And still getting a normal paycheck. I’m so happy haha)
