Jace

I smile and nod, "You'll have one tomorrow after school then."

Rayah

I study him before nodding and closing my eyes.

Jace

I kiss her forehead and keep her close, closing my eyes as well.

Rayah

I slowly fall asleep, smiling lightly.

Jace

I fall asleep soon after she does, dreaming of futures.

Rayah

I wake the next morning to Jackie yelling at us and I moan, throwing a pillow at her before rolling off him.

Jace

And this is why the nice girl was just never my type. I groan and bury my face in the sheets, curling up.

Rayah

I open my eyes and glance at Jackie. She studies us, flicking our foreheads before shaking her head and heading to her room. I look at Jace, sighing.

Jace

I look at Rayah and sigh as well, "Do we have to get up?"

Rayah

I shake my head, "Nah. She's just in a bad mood."

Jace

I nod and close my eyes again, "In that case, should we go somewhere quieter?"

Rayah

I think, "I wanna get them back together. Like, now. I'm gonna be miserable if she's not happy in the next day."

Jace

I nod, thinking, "We can lock them in a room together and force them to make up."

Rayah

I nod, "True. Call them over."

Jace

I take out my phone and call Nic, pretending it's an emergency, "We should get up. He'll be here shortly."
