Jace

I smile wider and wrap my arms tighter around her, kissing the top of her head.

Rayah

I sigh, "I wish all nights would be like this..."

Jace

I hesitate, "They could be."

Rayah

I keep my eyes closed, "What do you mean?"

Jace

i close my eyes as well, "I wanna marry you, Ray. Right out of high school."

Rayah

I swallow and my heart flutters, "Y-You wanna marry me?"

Jace

I flash a smile, "I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it. I don't wanna wake up to anyone else. Don't want to come home to anyone else after a long day at work or wherever I am."

Rayah

I smile and look up at him, kissing him quickly, "I-I don't know what to say."

Jace

I smile and kiss her back quickly, moving a hand to the side of her face, "Just tell me you'll think about it."

Rayah

I study him before getting emotional and nodding, wiping the bridges of my eyes as I chuckle and nod.

Jace

I smile and wipe her eyes with her, kissing her forehead before setting mine against it.

Rayah

I rest my face in his neck, sure, "Yes."

Jace

I smile wider and close my eyes, tightening my arms around her.

Rayah

I roll him over and wrap my arms around his neck, "Yes. A million times yes."

Jace

I chuckle and open my eyes, kissing her quickly, "It's settled then. After graduation, I'll be your husband."
