My arms wrap back around her, "I missed you too, Rayah. I'm so sorry."

Rayah

"I-I'm afraid to kiss you 'cause your in a different body..." I chuckle.

Chase/Jace

My lips break into a smile and I nod, agreeing with that from way within, "I-I... I'm going to see Cole. He'll help me, I know it. I think I can get my own body back..."

Rayah

I nod, "Alright."

Chase/Jace

I nod again and study her, as I get impatient inside to get back out, "I-I'll be back either way. I promise. Just wait for me."

Rayah

I nod, walking back inside again, "Okay."

Chase/Jace

I nod once more and bid her goodbye before he lets me back in charge. Confused, I walk down the steps and hesitantly take his orders with the sole hope of getting rid of him.

I walk to a cavern and look around, my skin crawling.

Rayah

I walk to the couch and run a hand through my hair.

Chase/Jace

Someone appears behind me and the guy inside me takes over again.

"i know what you want," the man says, "but it'll take a great sacrifice."

"Whatever it takes," he says.

Rayah

I turn on the T.V, sighing.

I walk through the streets, my leather jacket held over my shoulder, and hide my black wings in my hoodie.

Okay. I'll have Chase on his own in a sec. What would you say to Chase being sort of an adopted son to J&R? To make up for Jace taking over him for a while?

The man before us sets a hand on the side of my neck and blinding blue light surrounds us. I close my eyes and shrink back into the corner of my mind just before being pulled back out.

I blink a few times and find myself separate from the boy I'd been trapped within previously. Cole smiles sadly at me and I allow him to clap me on the shoulder before disappearing. Chase drops to his knees and I come to his side.

A familiar man, from all the dreams of before, crouches before me and asks if I'm alright. Without answering, I stand and bolt out of the cave. I can barely see, but I continue on anyways until I reach an alley.
