Elijah

I nod and thank her again, going silent for a bit in loss of words.

Alexis

We pull up to the shop and we get out. I go up the counter and tell the my name. "You car will be ready in about forty five minutes." They say.

"You call said it was ready." I say.

"Well I guess it lied."

I go sit down and roll my eyes. "Thanks for bringing me here. You do not have to wait with me." I say.

Elijah

I sigh and shrug, sitting at her side, "Got nothing better to do. Besides... I'm not sure I actually remember my way home..."

Alexis

I laugh and nod. "Looks like my direction giving is not that good." I say. "We did not get very far though." I say.

Elijah

I flash a smile and glance at her, "Your directions aren't bad; I just don't always remember stuff like that."

Alexis

"It does take a while to get use to things. You will get it though. I have been down here quite a bit before I moved, so I got use to it pretty quickly." I say.

Elijah

I nod, "I know. It'll just take time. But thanks for everything."

Alexis

"No problem." I say. I twist over to look at him better. "So despite all this weird stuff going on, what is you favorite part about Flordia?" I ask.

Elijah

I think, facing forward, and sigh again, "The heat, probably. I don't really have an explanation for it, but that's my favorite part so far."

Alexis

"I love the heat too." I say. "I hate being cold. When I visited Alaska, I have never not wanted to be in a place that much on my entire life." I exclaim. "The hotel room I was staying in had the heat on full blast and thee huge blankets on it. Not to mention that I wore thick pajamas and three pairs of socks." I say. "I just really hate cold weather."

Elijah

I nod and flash a smile, "I don't mind the cold, if there's snow to make up for it, but I prefer 90 degree weather with a beach in my backyard."

Alexis

"Snow is the worst." I say. "Sunny and hot it perfect." I say.

Elijah

I shrug, "Snow is fun though. You ever have a snowball fight? Me and my dad used to have a huge one each winter. That was the only part of the season I actually enjoyed."

Alexis

"No, never had one." I say. "My family and I had out differences. They were way to serious and did not enjoy what I liked to do. So we just went out separate ways."

Elijah

I look at her, feeling a little awkward, "Oh... sorry."
