Eagle Crest Hallows

I nod, biting my lip. "Then....Sleep...?" I ask, shrugging. "Im tired too. I swear if I hadn't splashed myself with water I would be sleeping right now." I smiled, glancing around.

Jace follows and stands in the doorway, leaning on the frame.

I see Jace lean against the door-frame and I flash a smile at him, taking a sip of my water.

He smiles back and takes a deep breath. "So...it's a keeper?"

I shrug, "I like it. But it's up to you." I say, smiling.

"I already said what I thought about it." He smiles.

I nod, "Yeaahh but do you wanna stay here? I do." I say as I stand and walk over to him, leaning on the frame in-front of him.

"Why wouldn't I?" He asks, taking her hand.

I shrug. "So...Yeah?" I ask, squeezing his hand.

He smiles and shakes his head at her, chuckling. "Of course, yeah."

I smile wide. "What?" I ask, crossing my arms.

He sighs, setting a hand on the side of her face. "Yes, I like it here."

"No, I meant..." I shake my head. "Never mind." I smiled, chuckling.

He smiles and sighs, watching her.

I watch him, watching me and I look away. "Now what? Does my hair look bad or something?" I ask, fixing it.
