I, Masquerade, am here to declare my intent to join the squires and become a Knight of the Green Room.
"Many people hear voices when no-one is there. Some of them are called mad and are shut up in rooms where they stare at the walls all day. Others are called writers and they do pretty much the same thing." -Meg Chittenden

The snow lay thick outside the castle as a lone wanderer climbed the Thousand Steps. Hw was hooded, and used a long, oaken staff to aid in his steep ascent. Despite the biting wind and chill that blew over him, this wanderer seemed to hardly notice. He reached the great doors of the castle jyst as the last rays of the sun flickered across the western hills. He looke up at these doors and raised his staff to knock on it. But he only knocked one, echoing knock before standing back. The doors swung open silently and let light and warmth rush out to greet the wanderer. As he stepped in, he encounter a large, burly guard (he didn't seem human to the wanderer) who escorted him to one of the wings of the castle. The Squires Dormitory. After having had a meal and a mug of ale, he awaited the Headmaster of the Dormitory. Mant squires (both male and female) walked passed while he sat on a bench by the hearth. Finally, after a large portion of the evening had passed and the traffic of Squires slowly ceased, did the Headmaster arrive. The wanderer rose from his seat and drew back his hood to reaveal a wizend old face with long white hair and a longer beard hanging in front of his chest. He made a small bow to the Headmaster before speaking. "Good evening, Headmaster," he started, "You may call me Wanderer. I have traveled many moons, through grief stricken valleys, warfilled marches and magical and perilous mountains and gorges to find this castle. I have come here to ask if I, an old (and sometimes senile) wizard may join the honoured ranks of the Knights of the Emerald Realm (I just changed the name for dramatic effect)

Gladly we welcome Squire Wanderer (@TheWanderingWizard) as a fellow Squire! (And I'm sorry that took so long. I thought I'd added you to the list, but hadn't. At the very least not welcoming is inexcusable. Sorry. XD)
Congratulations to Squires @EscaSkye and @Josie98 for joining the ranks of the Squires!
(Sorry for the delay on adding you all to the rosters. I didn't get notifications or maybe didn't check them XD that people had posted in the thread, but I've seen it and am fixing that.)
If you would like your official Squire title changed (which is what your official Knight title will be when you complete your ten Green Room reviews), just drop me a message, tag me, come raid my wall, whatever strikes your fancy.
I wish to join the noble order of The Knights of The Green Room as a squire.
