April 22nd

Today I went to gym again,
But this time it was fun,
A scavenger hunt we did,
But I was far from number one.

I was actually the last one done,
And though it was shameful,
I couldn’t find things fast enough,
I truly wasn’t able!

Now I’ve spent my whole day playing QWOP,
And I really must attest,
That game is quite hard, and so addicting,
My friends and I are in a “who is best” contest.

And now I think it’s time to sleep,
See you tomorrow with another poem,
And I hope I can get to sleep tonight;
It’s becoming quite a problem.
Just another quack spouting psychobabble.

April 23rd

Easter eggs are quite enjoyable,
Even though I’m a teen,
You’re never too old to dye them;
And eating hard boiled eggs is quite the cuisine!

Yellow, pink, green red,
So many colors to choose,
Green, orange, and even blue,
Can’t I just go take a snooze?

Forty eight eggs, all a pasty white,
Until we got our hands on them,
Now they’re all multicolored,
One looks almost like a gem!

And now I’m afraid I have to go,
I need to get my rest,
Before Easter tomorrow,
My searching skills will be put to the test!
Just another quack spouting psychobabble.

"If I win, I'm a prodigy. If I lose, then I'm mad. That's the way history is written."

April 24th

Today was awful,
I really must admit,
Woke up early,
Got ready to leave bit by bit.

We spend Easter at my grandma’s,
I’m afraid to say,
Our egg hunt was indoors,
Because it was a rather rainy day.

As soon as it was over,
I fell asleep in a chair,
When it was time to leave
I wouldn’t move, so I received a glare.

When we got home I felt woozy and sick,
So I went and took a long nap,
But I’m afraid that when I woke,
My body decided to give me a zap.

Cramps had me laid low,
For hours on end,
I couldn’t move it hurt so badly,
I guess I just had to amend.

Karma is an awful thing,
I’m afraid to say,
Gloating about mild “girl problems”
Is something you shouldn’t do, any day!

April 25th

Jamba Juice is quite the treat,
I'm quite happy to say.
So many delicious flavors,
They really have quite the array!

This is yet another poem written,
Just before bedtime again.
A half an hour until midnight, too;
I should start writing these while I'm out, with a pen.

And now I'm going to go to sleep,
I'm really quite tired,
And I have to get up early tomorrow,
But that's not how my brain is wired!
Just another quack spouting psychobabble.
