What is this? Get me out of here!
Relax. It's just a word crawl adapted for studying, involving jams (because NaPo).
To play, copy out the following into some document or WFP. Then for every step of the crawl there's a study task and a unit of time. Feel free to modify any of these to your own liking. Every time you complete one step, check it off and move on to the next one.
The jar of jam is complete at the second-last step, but you can complete the extra task for a bonus ribbon around your jam jar.
I've put in different kinds of jam for different study tasks. Strawberry jam is mainly for watching recorded lectures. Marmalade is for revision and review. Mixed berry jam is for homework/readings.
Have fun!

You’re making jams in preparation for NaPo.
To make a strawberry jam,
Wash the strawberries by watching a lecture for 5 min.
Chop the strawberries by watching the lecture for 5 min.
Mash the strawberries by watching the lecture for 10 min.
Boil the strawberries with sugar by watching the lecture for 10 min.
The mason jars are looking especially poetic this time of year. Spend way too long selecting a mason jar by watching the lecture for 10 min.
Heap the jam into the jar by watching the lecture for 5 min.
To tie a ribbon around the jam jar, write a practice question or exercise.

To make a mixed berry jam,
Prepare the raspberries by doing homework for 5 min.
Prepare the strawberries by doing homework for 5 min.
Prepare the blueberries by doing homework for 5 min.
Cook the berries in sugar and water by doing homework for 10 min.
You have filled all your mason jars with fairy lights and now you need to open another box full of the things. Spend way too long selecting a mason jar by doing homework for 10 min.
Scoop the jam into the jar by doing homework for another 5 min.
To tie a ribbon around the jar, check over your homework.
~
To make a marmalade,
Wash the oranges by revising for 5 min.
Peel the oranges by revising for another 5 min.
Collect the peels for later by memorizing a term.
Chop the oranges by revising for 10 min.
Cook the oranges and peel in water by revising for 10 min.
Add sugar by revising for 5 min.
What is a jar? ‘Tis not hereafter. Present lids hath present labels. Spend way too long selecting a mason jar by revising for 10 min.
Scoop the marmalade into the jar by revising for another 5 min. Or, if you’re feeling extra jammy, give yourself a test (or do one you already have).
To tie a ribbon around the jar, write a joke or meme about your subject of study.
