I feel like this is something that I shouldn't post

I believe education should prepare pupils for their careers and their lives in the real world. There should clearly be a common core that is taught, but it should be instructed alongside life skills and elective classes. teachers should want to see their students succeed in life and deed, so giving them the tools to operate is only natural. I believe a educator should plan discussions, group work, and individual activities according to the pupils capabilities and interests. educators should guide struggling students and be ready to make accommodations for them if needed. There should also be a hidden curriculum of growth mindsets and respect for other pupils and other cultures. educators should be facilitators. Students should be expected to behave themselves, be engaged and ask questions. pupils are also expected to give indicators of their understanding and their learning styles. I believe students learn in varying ways, no two pupils are the same and no two pupils learn the same ways. There are different learning styles kinesthetic learners, visual learners, and auditory learners. I believe that pupils can be each of the different styles or a submixture of them and it's important to cater to that learning style so they can effectively grasp the generalities. I believe that as a instructor an individual should encourage pupils to do their best. I think that if a teacher approaches a pupil with a growth mindset and willing to help them the pupil will learn more effectively.
