Ooh, I like this. It's got a simple, serene feel to it, and I felt refreshed after looking at. You've captured the stillness of the water and the lily pads real well, but to me it seems as though you don't really know what the focus of this picture is. My eyes glare out at everything, but there isn't anything really set that I can see that this picture is supposed to be of. Should I look at the bloomed flower? The un-bloomed flower? The lily pad? Try to make such things clearer to the viewer in future photos.

Beautiful. I especially like how an un-bloomed lily is standing next to a fully blossomed one. I love the way the sun shines down on the lily pads, the water, and the lily. I'm sorry if that sounded awkward...I don't really critique photography very often!
Hi Chiquita. Well this one is not as good as the last one. Her you have focused much on leaves and oher things nad somewhere have lost the focus on lillies. Maybe a zoom in would have been good.

I must say, I really love your photo! It's an extremely simple photo, but in my opinion, it's also really effective! Like someone else said, I love how there's a blossomed Lily stood next to an un-blossomed one. But I also agree that it's not clear where you're actually supposed to look. I had a tendency to focus on the blossomed Lily, but I'm not sure about everyone else. As for the lighting, I reckon that it's pretty darn perfect! I love how the sun is shining down on the water, and the flowers. It gives a kind of shine to the photo.
Your hesitation suggests you are trying to protect my feelings. However, since I have none, I would prefer you to be honest. An artist's growth depends upon accurate feedback. — LCDR Data
