Lol. That's pretty cool but it seems rather pointless and maybe you should have the glowy lines in different colours. I think that would look really good and you could have them coming from a wand or a person's hand or something.
I like the idea of making the squiggles different colors. Or maybe different shades of blue or something, since it looks sort of like a nifty river of some sort.
I like it! You definitely have a better grasp of photoshop than I do. Of course... that's not saying much.

I think it's cool. Really cool. A little pontless, perhaps...but since when did art need to have a point?
Right now it doesn't look to me like a piece of art. It looks like the beginning of a piece of art, before you've filled in the details, etc. I agree with Kitty, it might be better if you did different colors.
I feel, somehow, that I'm just echoing what everyone else just said, so I'll stop pestering you and say that I enjoyed your...piece.
