Lana (adult) (from my story: “Hawthorne: pitiful, longing vampire”):
The way vampires look in this particular collection of stories (Dark stories to read whenever and wherever) is like a fortune wheel at the lottery. Some look like Katarina, who has pale skin and red eyes. Some look like Hawthorne, who has regular skin and eyes that are a slightly darker shade than before. Some have both attributes, like Lana. As you can see here, Lana has pale skin and eyes that are a slightly darker shade than when she was human.
You never know what you’re going to get as a vampire.
There’s a little bit of Halloween in all of us…

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein. — H. Jackson Brown
