Does anyone have a problem with my post?

Just thought I'd let you know, Carmenia is very good with the sword, as Elves can pretty much master anything without much effort...

Am I making her too perfect or powerful? If I am, please tell me.

Only thing is that you've been playing her as afraid of humans--if she's awesome with a sword, she'd have no need to be.
Got YWS? I do.

Er--afraid? More like disgusted...

She's only afraid of drunkards. And if there is a human drunkard...well then, yes, she is very afraid.

er...point being that if she was so skilled with the blade, she wouldn't be afraid--she'd have no reason to be. right?
Got YWS? I do.

Hey guys. Did quite a long post. Left it open for the entrance of the rest of the party, but I'm thinking the Elves will return in force, as they won't leave two of their own or let Henry escape so easily.

So I was thinking the party would come on horseback, see Henry retreating (running) from overwhelming numbers, and attack.

Sounds kinda cool, but I kinda had the idea that the first conflict would be small skirshishes. This owuld leave it open to be able to have Valin Seraph and Finn come and try and bring back Henry, or something.

Well, I'm not talking about a big battle. Just like twenty-thirty elves.

I like Jack's plan...

EDIT:

I'm going to post after someone else whose character is with Carmenia posts...but don't do anything with her, I have plans. :D

I just didn't want to be the first to post...

Here's what I have envisioned--let me know if there's something wrong with it.

I think the elves should leave, not to go get more elves, but to report back to their Priest companions that they've been spotted and that they should be ready for an attack.

So when the elves left Henry alive, it's not because they were afriad of him, or even the incoming horses, but because they wanted to report to their superiors.

I'll post now, having Seraph, Valin, Finn, Cyrus, and Carmenia(?) reach Henry, who will inform them that the elves retreated back into the cemetary.

In my thought process, the enemy in the cemetary was a group of half a dozen priests, and maybe a dozen elves to escort them. The elves, however, are NOT harbingers. The priests would wield divine magic--it works the same way as arcane magic--so they'd be able to cast spells and such using their symbols of Bane.

I figured they would be stuck outside the catacombs of the First Wizard, trying to magically open the door. So far their attempts have been unsuccessful.

So yeah--my post will reflect, in short; Serpah and the others arrive to find henry climbing out of a tree. Then we all head into the cemetary on foot, caugtiously. I'll let the next person take it from there.
Got YWS? I do.

I might as well describe the Harbingers a little better.

The Harbingers are an elite Elvish Special Forces unit. They fight like a mixture between a elven warrior and a ninja. Very smooth, very lethal, and very quiet. When they're not moving, they're hiding. They're well disciplined, (no arguing among their ranks.)

Right now, they're stalking the group. They're not going to engage the group in the open, it would be impossible to guarantee their destruction if they did that. Instead, they're going to follow them to the cemetery. They'll let them get into the catacombs (where they can't escape easily) before they come for them.

Speaking of which, I think the entire group should be captured by priests after they secure the Wizard's Tome. The idea would be that the group would defeat the guards outside. The group would think they've defeated everyone, but in reality, the priests are all ready inside. They haven't been able to open the door to the Wizards Tomb.

Instead of continuing, they're going to let the group get the book for them. They'll come in, with magic, and order the group to give them the book, or face complete annihilation.

Normally, the group would engage in another battle, but the priests are numerically superior, and perhaps even superior magically. So, the group blanches from attacking them. The priests also blanch, because the group has the book, which they need.

A stand-off begins.

Then the Harbingers would appear. I'd like to reserve that post.

So, this would just be an extension of Hunter's idea.

It think Carmenia WILL ride with them, but whether or not she fights...well...that is yet to be discovered.

Oh. Okay. Sorry...the first time I saw a placeholder put up the person didn't edit it, so I thought you weren't supposed to or something...
