Name: Peter Vincent

Alias: Well, he doesn't still know that he is a superhero or something, so no nicknames as of yet, but later on he would be called Jeans(I know it is funny. Also it is not the French word, but the clothing.)

Age: 20 years

Gender: Male

Appearance: He is that one guy who can be the dream boy of any girl. A rich boy, bit of a snob though, he has short cropped hair, blue eyes, and a tall height. His perfect physique is the result of long hour workouts he does at the gym. :smt002

Powers:
:pirate3: He is just like those dogs who can smell anything from a distance; somewhat like the ones which police uses. Ever since he was a child he could smell strange, odd things which others couldn't but he was oblivious to the genes in his body which would turn him into a superhero once.
8) Also, he has visions. If he sees something, he cannot explain it with his words but by his paintings. He always had something for paintings. Once when he was fourteen and had just started high school, he painted a picture of a girl, who looked similar to the Maths teacher's daughter, trying to jump down from the building. At first the teacher was furious but when she remembered her daughter's hysterical behavior on not being letting to go a party, she went to the terrace and found her just about to jump.

Skills: Well, except for painting and sniffing, he is a trained martial artist, with a Black belt in Karate. He did this on being encouraged by his grandfather, George who loves Martial Arts. He knows some special techniques which can outnumber his enemies.

History: Peter Vincent was born into a well-off family, and George is his paternal grandfather. Having a Mexican as a mother made his life a bit of hell as his father would always mis-treat and threaten his mother to separate her from Peter. He loved his mother a lot but would have to keep mum on seeing this misbehavior, as there was little he could do. her mother would always be scared of his habit of seeing odd visions and would always tell her husband, but he would just shush her away. But his grandfather knew that this was an indication of something strange that was going to happen in his life, and told this to his daughter-in-law. Peter's mother had a heart attack on hearing this, on getting to know that hr son would have a rather abnormal life, and thus died.

He has three siblings(two brothers, a sister), and his sister and a brother is elder to him, while another brother is younger. His elders siblings had always been viscous and greedy of their grandfather's so-called wealth and mansion. Years later after their mother's death, their father was found mysteriously murdered in his office, and the rumours were adrift that he had been killed because by George's enemies, the kicked George out of his won mansion. Peter and Joe(his small brother) were small then, and had been brain-washed by their siblings against their loving grandfather.

Now Peter handles his father's software company along with his brother, Max and also studies Engineering at Colombo University. Suddenly he starts having weird mood-swings, where in he finds himself suddenly packed up with huge energy and to get it out of his system, he starts jogging, and other activities. before dieing, his mother had asked him to go to his grandfather if he ever found himself in strange conditions. Even though he hates George, considers him responsible of his father's death, he visits him in his old age him to find about his life.

Personality: He is a seriously handsome guy, who has had everything in his life, except for peace. His unstable life has made himself a bit disconnected to the outer world, and people mostly take this as his rudeness. But this can't be denied that he has always been a snob, though he has a kinder side to his heart. He likes skating and swimming, and also adventurous expeditions. He is not that outgoing guy and keeps to himself mainly, until you provoke him. He has a softer side to his personality, which he prefers to hide form his friends and family member, and even the world. but his new life would not let him do so anymore. If he smiles, which he rarely does, it can kill anyone.

Likes: He loves joining up cars, toys, or other sort of mechanic work explaining why he took engineering. He thinks that painting is a girlish thing, so he pretends of not liking it, but somewhere in his hart he has a thing for it.

Dislikes: He can be put off by people who appear to be loving and caring while they aren't, and also the people who smile always and appear to be jovial when they are not.

Up for Love: He already has a girlfriend, Alice. :smt001

Other: Just watch out for him as he struggles to be a kind of superhero once his granddad used to be. :)

Name: Oliver Edinburgh

Alias: (What the public used to know you as) Quick Change

Age: (50 to 80, you may be younger if you’re not one of the heroes (if you are a villain, 17 and older please)) 59

Gender: Male

Appearance: (written and a picture) (ergh, I don't know that I can find a picture, but I'll look) Oliver's built like a beanpole- tall and lanky. Or he'd be tall if he weren't confined to a wheelchair. His hair is a solid silvery grey, and he's got warm brown eyes. His face is riddled with laugh lines.

He doesn't wear a costume, as that wouldn't work with how he fights. Instead he just wears jeans and a t-shirt, usually.

Power(s): (Can have up to 5) His power is the ability to switch bodies with people, thereby taking control of their powers as long as he's in their body. Unfortunately he has to be able to get skin contact with them in order to initiate the switch and has to touch them again to switch back, but he can stay switched indefinitely.

Skills: (other than your powers) He's a good photographer, knows a lot about fish (especially Oscars), and is quite charming.

Personality: Oliver takes things in stride and is laid back. He's gotten over any self consciousness about his paraplegia long ago. He's also got a mischievous side; anyone working with him had better get ready to be pranked at some point. Oliver's not really an intellectual, but he's clever enough and is very interested in ichthyology.

History: Oliver's had a pretty normal life for a super powered guy. His mom (who could melt at will) was who he got both his love of photography and his powers. His dad was a policeman, and the reason he decided to be a super hero. He used a different method than most though. See, his sister Jenny's mind is fused with a computer, so she would use her connection to the internet to watch news sites for signs of trouble and call him if she found anything. Oliver would then do his best to get to the scene of the crime, see what he could do to switch bodies with whoever seemed to be causing the trouble (often a super-villain) and see if he could fix the problem. This got him into a lot of dangerous circumstances as he'd have to get close enough to touch whoever it was he was switching with before he could do anything, but he kept doing it anyways. He never wore a costume, and even the title Quick Change was something a reporter tacked on to him without his consent.

Oliver kept this up well into his thirties before Darkeyes got him. The villain deliberately lured him to a crime scene, then had several people shoot at him. It was a semi-public place (chosen so Oliver's sister would find out about it) so they couldn't make sure he was dead before running off. As it was, his spinal cord was severed by a bullet through his spine, and even after getting out of intensive care he was unable to walk.

Oliver soon found that being a paraplegic body-switcher had its advantages, such as leaving your opponent trapped in a wheel chair. Nevertheless the problems being unable to walk posed to a superhero along with a few talks from various family members had him retiring from his heroics a bit earlier than the others. But with the new threat posed by Darkeyes, he's convinced that it's time to get back on his feet (figuratively speaking) and kick some villain butt.

Likes/Dislikes: Likes kids, dogs, fish (and fishing), photography, going out to eat, pranking people, and fighting crime. Dislikes people who are full of themselves, people who can't take a joke, and people who wimp out of doing the right thing just because it's hard. Oh, and stairs. And villains in general, ESPECIALLY Decay and Darkeyes.

Other: Oliver's sister Jenny will often do research on whoever he's going up against and send him the information via his telephone. He also has a 75 gal fish tank containing two Oscars and a huge plecostomus (sucker fish).

Up for love: (Yes or no) Heck yes!

George (SeaWolf) |Aerona’s Home for the Retired- George’s Room|1:10pm:

George limped over to the window and looked out. The city of Aerona was quiet for once. There was no talk of villains or serious crimes, or anything at all today. The old man could hear the one o'clock news in the background but it was only the usual things; weather, lowest crime rate in twenty years, some woman's dog could heal the blind... Something was wrong; it was too quiet. George could tell that something bad was happening. The news continued, and then one word stood out among the others; Murder.

The old man spun back towards the TV and awkwardly limped over to his chair. There on the TV was Ms. Chambers, the news lady, and behind her was fenced off establishment that looked a lot like the old restaurant that George had helped save over twenty years ago. George dearly missed eating at the place.

"Mr. Wong was found dead today in the kitchen of his eating establishment. There were signs of a struggle, but no clues as to who may have hurt the man. Police believe it to be foul play." Ms. Chambers kept talking but George had turned down the volume on the TV. He had heard enough. Murder, George thought sourly. It has to be... A few seconds later and only one name came to mind; Darkeyes, a.k.a. Carl Willows.

"Mr. Vincent?" asked one of the nurses walking by. George looked up to find the pretty blond one leaning through the doorway of his room. "There's a young lady here to see you. She says her name is Sally and that she's your granddaughter."

George smiled. "Send her in."

The nurse nodded and disappeared out the door, leaving George to stare at the TV screen with narrowed eyes. A few minutes later, a young girl with very dark hair and bright blue eyes appeared in the doorway. She grinned when she saw George.

"Grandpa!" she cried and raced over to him. "I'm sixteen today!" George's eyes lit up.

"That's wonderful, darling!" he said as she flung her arms around his neck. "So, Sally, what did you get for your birthday?"

"I got a puppy and a car, and a TV..." And Sally began to tick off the items she'd been given for her birthday.

While his granddaughter talked, George's gaze drifted back to the TV, where Ms. Chambers was now talking about a bank robbery that had happened just that morning. George sighed and returned his attention to his granddaughter. Out of his three grandchildren, Sally was the only one who actually liked her grandfather, unlike those horrid boys, Peter and Fred.

Eventually, Sally left and in her place was his other grandchildren. Fred and Peter. The old man sighed and got to his feet, keeping a wary eye on the two boys. They waited while George limped back to the window and turned his back on them. He hadn't forgiven them for kicking him out of his mansion yet.

And another, because I think I can handle it. ^^

Name: Miranda Byron

Alias: (What the public used to know you as) Chrome Angel

Age: (50 to 80, you may be younger if you’re not one of the heroes (if you are a villain, 17 and older please)) 55

Gender: Female

Appearance: (written and a picture) Dark skin and eyes. Her hair is black but liberally streaked with whites and greys. She's a little heavier than average, but not much. Her outfit is all white, with boots and a long coat.

Power(s): (Can have up to 5) She's super strong and can cover her body with a flexible layer of metal that is very difficult to damage. She does move more slowly in her metal form than she normally does.

Skills: (other than your powers) Good mechanic and an excellent cook.

Personality: Miranda is stern and doesn't smile much, but she is very kind once you get past the cold shell. She's got a long, slow fuse, meaning that though it takes a while for her to get mad, when she does get mad you'd better hope it's not at you. She'd rather spend her time in the kitchen or a garage than with people. And she's got a burning hatred of Darkeyes and anyone associated with him.

History: Miranda grew up with her mother as an only child in a small apartment. When she graduated she went to a cooking school, partly as a cover for her heroic activities, and eventually became a chef. Along the way she met another hero, Gabriel Byron/Sharp Shooter. The two instantly hit it off, got married, and spent 20 years together.

Gabriel was killed by a car bomb planted by Darkeyes. Miranda survived due to her tough metal shell. Part of her seemed to shut itself off that day; she refused to talk to people about the attack except in regards to Darkeyes's tactics and how he could be brought down. She was one of the last to retire, and she jumped at the chance to bring down the man who took Gabriel's life.

Likes/Dislikes: She likes good food, cars (mainly for the mechanics), quiet afternoons, and impressionistic music. Miranda dislikes fast food, people who talk to much or ask too many personal questions, and people who aren't practical. Miranda LOATHES Darkeyes and anyone associated with him.

Other: Though she likes cars, Miranda's not a very good driver.

Up for love: (Yes or no) Eh, it might take a bit to get through to her, but why not?

Dottie Kagey (Bird Flu) | Kagey Household- Aidan's Room| 1:10pm:

Dottie had been wandering around the house all day. There were no drug deals to steal from, and so she had nothing to do. In fact she'd had nothing to do for the past few months. She'd considered attacking a retirement home, however she heard rumors of retired super-heroes, and so that would be a bad thing.

During her life she'd never once gone into Aidan's room. He was very touchy about it. It reminded her of Gollum from Lord Of The Rings. She'd crept up to the door, she was very sneaky indeed. The rest of the house was empty, she'd checked just moments ago. If he had come out of his room, she would have known right away.

Her hand grasped the doorknob tightly. A smile was forming at her lips. She shook lightly, but she managed to keep the knob still. She swallowed hard and threw open the door. It slammed hard into the wall behind it. Aidan was napping, he sat up and looked at her with wide eyes.

“What the hell are you doing in my room Dottie!” She giggled and walked in. “I've never been in here before!” She looked around and giggled. While she did this Aidan rubbed his eyes. “Get out of my room Dottie!” She frowned. “Aww, but Aidy!”

He scowled at her. She stopped dead. For a few seconds she didn't move, then she moved her hand over his desk. He tossed the blanket off of him and stood up. He took a step towards her and pointed a finger at her. “If you touch anything I'll strangle you!” Dottie smirked. He glared at her. Sitting on the desk was an innocent pencil. She picked it up.

“Dottie!” She snapped it in half and stood there giggling.
All I can hear; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". Even those tears; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". No one's frightened of playing it. Everyone's saying it. Flowing more freely than wine. All through your life; "I me mine".

Ember Reise (Ripple)- Joanna's Diner, Customer Seating- 1:10

I knelt beside a table, black leather notebook in hand. I smiled gently at the teary-eyed girl alone in the booth. Anna- a regular.

"The ush?" I asked softly. She nodded, strangling a sob. I got up, scribbling down Chicken sam, hold the mustard, fries, sweet tea and chocolate bar. The chocolate bar was pure intuition. I swooped back down.

"Hey," I said in a low voice. "He ain't worth it, sweet pea. Joey Brown? He'd do anything for you, and you know he's your friend." I smiled again and patted her hand before jogging back to the kitchen and slapping the thin page down. I kissed my mom- Joanna-'s cheek.

"Anna got boy problems?"

"Yup."

"Bless her heart. Send my comfort."

"Will do."

I dashed around the diner, laughing and swapping quick stories with some of the people here, and slipping the real little ones suckers when they thought their parents weren't looking. The real party'd start at seven- when the party people came. Loud, fun, always up for stories that I never ran out of.

"Order up!" Joanna (some reason, never called her mom) shouted over the din. Well, it wasn't much of one now, but it would be. I grabbed the tray and went over to Anna's table. I handed down the warm plate. She smiled and whispered "Thanks." I bowed slightly and replied with "No problemo, senorita." I took a seat on a barstool. I glanced at the TV.

"Mr. Wong was found dead today in the kitchen of his eating establishment. There were signs of a struggle, but no clues as to who may have hurt the man. Police believe it to be foul play."

My jaw fell a little. Mr. Wong... Mr. Wong used to give me cookies every time I popped over to pick up for dinner for me and Jo. His place wasn't too far from ours. I shivered and dashed to Jo.

"Jo! Jo... They say Mr. Wong got murdered."

Joanna's mouth fell open. She closed it quickly. "Mr. Wong down the street?" I nodded and walked back to my barstool.

I shivered again. This was too close for anyone's comfort.

Aidan Kagey, The Cure, Kagey Household, Aidan's Room, 1:11PM

Aidan's expression darkened. "Damnit Dottie, that was my favorite pencil!" He leapt to his feet. "Get out or I swear to god I'll turn you into a chicken and fry you up you for dinner."

Dottie giggled. "No you won't." She reached for something else on his desk. A thin paper book

Aidan's eyes widened. That was his music book. He stalked forwards and shoved Dottie away from the desk. "Keep your hands off of my stuff!" he snarled, stuffing the book into a drawer of his desk, "get out."

Dottie stuck her tongue out at him. "Make me."

He glared at her, but then an odd grin came onto his face. "Fine, I will." He closed his eyes.

She suddenly looked alarmed. "What are you-" Her words were cut off as black feathers began sprouting all over her body. She was shrinking, legs becoming shorter as a yellow and orange beak sprouted from her face.

An instant later, an emperor penguin stood in her place. Aidan grinned. "Now, are you going to leave or not?"
Just another quack spouting psychobabble.

"If I win, I'm a prodigy. If I lose, then I'm mad. That's the way history is written."

Oliver (Quick Change)| Aerona's Home for the Retired- Rec Room| 1:15 p.m.

Oliver watched the window with his chin in his hand. It was getting so BORING here. Every day the same thing: breakfast at eight, then the nurse came to make sure you were taking your prescriptions (or in his case making sure he hadn't rigged any of the doors with buckets of ice water), then lunch, then a long, dull afternoon full of sleeping or watching other people sleep, then dinner, then bed. It was like prison, but blander and no fights.

He smirked a little as the hummingbird feeding just outside the window got dive-bombed by another one. What he wouldn't give for a good fight right about now...

"Ollie!" came a voice from the door. Oliver spun his chair around as fast as he could, that wide grin stretching across his face.

"Hey Kiddo! Boy am I glad to see you!" Jenny came through the door, the ever present laptop case slung over her shoulder and her hair pulled back into that careful plait. Her big brown eyes were just as worried as they'd ever been, but she smiled at him.

"When are you going to stop calling me that?" she asked. "I'm forty-seven."

"The day you stop calling me Ollie." He wheeled closer to her, smile fading a bit. "What's up? You look even more worried than usual."

"Oh," she said quickly, "i-it's nothing. Just..." Jenny fidgeted with the wedding ring on her hand.

Oliver's smile disappeared completely. "Come on Jenny, you can tell me."

"Well... Mr. Wong's been murdered. I came as soon as I found out. It looks like... like Willows might be behind it."

Oliver was very still for a moment. He noticed Miranda, seated nearby and reading a cookbook, glance up at them. He shook his head. "So it's only a matter of time before one of us gets blamed for it."

Jenny nodded, brow furrowing. "What are you going to do?"

Oliver set his lips in a firm line as he wheeled backwards. There was no doubting that Miranda was watching him now. "I'm going to talk to George. You can come if you want."

He and Jenny made their way down the hall past various doors and striped wall paper in various shades of beige. Miranda had gotten up to follow; both of them knew that she would.

"So... Dennis and I are still working on the addition," Jenny said quietly. "Just another six months, and you won't have to stay here anymore or have a nurse or anything. We'll be able to help you out."

Oliver smirked. "Bet Dennis loves the thought of that. He's wound tighter than... well, than you."

Jenny snorted. "He's fine with it because you're my brother. And it doesn't hurt that you've promised to behave yourself while you're living with us." She gave him a stern look over the tops of her glasses.

Oliver rolled his eyes as they pulled up at George's door. "Funny, I don't ever remember saying that." He knocked.

Dottie Kagey (Bird Flu) | Kagey Household- Aidan's Room | 1:14pm

Dottie was silent for a couple of minutes while she was sitting there. She'd been turned into a penguin. She let out an unhappy...sound that penguins make. "Turn me back you big meanie!" She moved forwards and started trying to peck at him in the groin.

He chuckled and avoided all her attempts until finally she knocked herself over. "I hate you!" Aidan chuckled. "I know." He wasn't wearing shoes. Her eyes brightened as she bit onto one of his toes. It quickly started to bleed. He let out a loud yelp of pain. "Get off of me you vile creature!"

She bit harder. "Not until you turn me back," her words were slightly muffled from biting his toe. He cursed. "Let go, and get out of my room!" She released his toe. "Now turn me back!" He shook his head. "Get out first!" He gestured towards a drawer. "Will you make me lunch?" He scowled and shook his head. "No! Out!"

She groaned and waddled to the doorway. He sighed and nodded. A second later her beak shrank back into a normal mouth, and the feathers dropped to the floor. "I'm not cleaning that up!" He groaned. "Fine! Go away!" With that he slammed the door in her face.

She smirked and a swarm of fifteen bumblebees appeared around her head. "Now, was that very nice." The bees buzzed a response. She nodded. "Go teach him to be nice." The bees buzzed again and slid themselves under the door and into his room.

The bees went for obvious weaknesses. A couple went in each of his ears, a couple in his nose, and a few pushed at his lips trying to get at his mouth.
All I can hear; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". Even those tears; "I me mine, I me mine, I me mine". No one's frightened of playing it. Everyone's saying it. Flowing more freely than wine. All through your life; "I me mine".

Stacy Baker-(Lightning Mistress)| Allies near Aerona's Home for the Retired| 1:17 PM

I sat against the wall as I fiddled with the zipper on my duffel bag, where I kept my necessities. Clothes, money, hairbrush, conditioner (My solution to frizzy hair, soap, sometimes food, but I usually I ate out, and of course, my costume was in there. Ready to be put on again. Ready to unless myself of the oh so 'innocent' citizens of the city. The very same 'innocent' people that made me what I was today. Freak, monster, villain. They saw a monster, I saw power, and fear. I looked down the ally, the sun not touching a single square foot of it. A small electrical cord hung nearby, sparks zapping out of it. A small movement caught my eye. A mouse, that had chewed through a garbage bag on the other side of the ally. He held his prize in his paws. Whether that prize was spoiled or not was his problem.

I smirked and opened my duffel bag and emptied it on the ground in front of me. My costume and mask falling out last. I slid it on and placed the mask over my face. I now stood, on one side of the ally, the mouse standing on the bag on the other side, watching me alarmed. Now, I loved animals, but mice were pests, like heroes. They had to be exterminated. I aimed my hand at the wire, and the electricity shot out at an increasing pace. I quickly waved my hand towards the mouse, hitting it and frying it. smoke rising from it's dead little body. I chuckled manically, looking from one end of the ally to the other. I looked up at the building. No one knew but me. I quickly changed back into my civilian clothes.

"That's much better."

I muttered to myself, sitting back against the wall. It felt nice to let Lightning Mistress out. Stacy couldn't keep her cooped up forever. I smirked, closing my eyes and leaning back against the wall, sliding down so I was sitting back on the ground. I needed to get out and do something, remind them that Lightning Mistress is still here and she should still be feared, after all, it is better to be feared then loved.

((WOOT this is my 700th post!))
